By far the best waffle I’ve eaten at my husband and I stopped in around 10:30PM and the staff were very nice assisting us with our to go order ,they customized our food to our liking and had us out in a jiff and Food was fantastic thank you Waffle House (phenix City) keep up the great work .

Called in to place my order.A lady pick up and asks how can she help as soon as I start to tell her I wanted to place a order she hangs up in my face. I called back a few times no body’s picks up the phone … super rude of you don’t wanna work say that and go home.. if you have no customers how do you expect the store to stay open.
