I just wanted two more chick fil a sauces at the window which I always get when I come here. This time for some reason they were extremely adamant that they can’t and won’t give me two more like I usually order. I like it with both my nuggets and fries and 2-3 isn’t enough. So they gave me ranch instead because they somehow can do that but not exchange it for the sauce I actually want. Tell me how that makes sense? Then of course they also get my drink size wrong. Are they really going to keep up stupid rule changes like this for a 10 cent sauce packet when food prices are rising fast enough? Really?

Just a suggestion… I came in today and got a combo. The drink…. I ordered Rootbeer and it did not taste anything like it should. Went into the inside changed it to a Lemonade and it tastes as if it were made with no sugar, imagine that… please taste test your drinks, have someone fix the drink machines or whatever. That is ridiculous.

This rating will be short because it is night. The food was an amazing top tier, and the FRIES were the most delicious fries I have ever tasted, especially with the chick fil a sauce, aka the best sauce. The service was amazing, and they gave me every sauce. “chick fil a sauce is the best one.” The atmosphere was cool. overall 10/10.

This location usually is fine. Over the years I didn’t have an issue. But I went here one day got food poisoned. Didn’t eat here for a while then decidedly gave it another shot after I could look at their picture and not hurl. The spicy chicken I got then tasted like it came out a paprika fryer caked red like pepper flakes. Was THE most spicy chicken I ever had at any location even my wife took a nibble and said that it wasn’t right. Never going here again and gladly so f this wex wagon.

So sad because I use to love eating at Chick-fil-A but when I started eating at the Perris one close to my home. I no longer would dare to eat at another Chick-fil-A again. I am so sad about the management and staff there. They need to see the Chick-fil-A video that was created by corporate where customers walk in and have these bubbles over there head with situations that each customer was going through in their life as they walk in and nobody knew what each of them where going through. That video will hit home and teach them to be more courteous. That don’t make the food with care. When someone brings it to their attention they get made and they won’t go out of the way to make anyone happy and they purposely argue and win. I wish we didn’t have a Chick-fi-A in Perris because having one has literally only left a bad taste in my mouth! They are supposed to be a Christian organization closed on Sundays but there is nothing Christian about this place. Breaks my heart! Sad to say when you call corporate to share how you feel they make you feel like calling them was a waste of your time. I Boycott Chick-fil-A in Perris!
