Just have to say the gentleman James I spoke with over the phone was very polite and helped me out on ordering food. I normally order from domino’s but they have failed me time after time. PIZZA WAS OVER AN HOUR LATE. The store made false promise after apologizing for the late pizza. Once the pizza finally arrived, it was COLD. This is not the first issue at this store. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else.

Apparently this location is too good to accept any of the advertised Marco’s coupons now after switching over to a new online ordering system. None of the coupons work at all with online ordering as of one month ago. The Silverado/Bermuda location still uses the tried and true original ordering platform, however—and they’re supporting all of the coupons as advertised. I’ll drive the extra two miles for the same pizza at literally half the price. This was a really poor business decision for the Cactus Franchisee.

UPDATE: The manager called me back and I very politely listened to her long list of excuses for almost 3 minutes. Once I was given the opportunity to speak I had about 10 seconds before she rudely cut me off with another excuse. What she fails to understand is that we were inconvenienced from the beginning. She said they wanted the pizza back for training purposes. I don’t believe that. There’s many more details I could write about but it all comes down to poor customer service and lack of management. There’s no reason to be blatantly rude and disrespectful to customers! It’s very simple to apologize and try to offer something for their inconvenience. She offered a $5 credit to our account but that would require us to purchase something to receive that credit. It would have been a better idea to offer free breadsticks or something when we got the replacement pizza. But they obviously do not value customers.
