Wonderful place! Great cold and hot sandwiches. And a really impressive tea bar with samples made available of a vast array of specialty teas that, if you’re like me, you stay and have a few cups and try rare types and blends. They had a blend I absolutely loved with Dandelion Chamomile and earthy flavored herbs. We sat outside and had a super fun time. The service is most excellent.

We did a lunch party in the back garden and it was so lovely! The staff was very accommodating and kind and went above and beyond. They even accommodated our request for an all vegan menu! We had a lovely time and it was very reasonably priced!

What a great spot for breakfast and brunch. Its a very simple and charming place with a great atmosphere. Service is great from the order taker to the server. I got a Julie’s breakfast sandwich with orange juice and a medium latte. Everything was on point. Price is also fair. I highly recommend this place when you are in Alameda.

A delightful place to have a meal, snack or just tea/coffee. No interior seating at the moment, which is just fine as the garden area is by far the best spot. Menu is studded with wholesome items. There is always an excellent healthy alternative. The space is surprisingly quiet (just off Park Street) and conducive to hang out and relax.

Don’t go here unless you are willing to wait for at least 30 minutes to get your coffee while it is not even in busy hours. We have been going to Julie’s Coffee & Tea for a couple of years and their services were always great. Recently, we discovered that their services are terrible, cashier is rude, and coffee quality is not good. Better find another coffee spot!
