Ordered online for pickup and arrived shortly after the estimated time. Went inside to pick up my order and they had a realization that they never put my side in the oven. They asked if I’d be willing to wait and said it would be 20-25 minutes. I understood, when youre busy that mistakes can happen, but I was unable to wait and they “refunded” me for the side, and they did not provide a new receipt showing this. This was a week ago. I double checked my bank statement and they never refunded me for the side I did not receive. Shady business practice and awful customer service.

The food was exceptional as always and frequently visit this store because they always get exactly what we order. The customer service is above and beyond and friendly. The food is piping hot upon delivery as well. We always get delivery and the drivers are always polite and friendly as well.

Great food, friendly and helpful staff, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PARKING. I drove in circles in the lot for 15 minutes before finding a just vacated space. But it’s not a Me-N-Ed’s issue, just horrible parking for all the businesses in that plaza.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:30 pm via the app. The app stated it was charging an additional 5 dollars for delivery and stated we would have the pizzas delivered in just over an hour. 90 minutes later there was no pizza. The app asked for my address, phone number and email. I never received a receipt in my email. I called the store and the employee put me on hold for several minutes then came on and said the pizzas were marked as take out and that I needed to come and get them. She took my name and number and said she would have the manager call me but there was no option to deliver the pizzas. When picking up the pizzas my daughter stated the staff was rude to her and threw away the receipt so there was no proof of purchase available. I was told that the manager would reach out to me over the phone and this never happened. 60 dollars is a lot of money for such an experience. I was under the assumption that it is a requirement for a restaurant to provide proof of purchase. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Customer service was not that great. She said we would get wings within 4 mins and didn’t get them till after we got pizza. I walked up to the counter and asked about order and they didn’t even say sorry. They said we had a lot of one line orders. Then they brought our pizza in a box. Way to waste the boxes . No one was friendly at all. They didn’t seem like they wanted to work. They were so busy talking to each other instead of working.
