I had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes for my ‘fast food’. The boy at the window had no personality and was not friendly at all. He was doing 1 persons order at a time then would take the next person’s order and completely finish that person’s order before he took the next person’s order. He did not move with any urgency and had a bad attitude. I’m very disappointed in this Wendy’s at Hardin valley.

In my honest opinion, and I’ve tried just about every fast food chicken biscuit at one point or another, Wendy’s has THE BEST chicken biscuit there is! I love their seasoned potatoes as well. Im not a very big fan of most of their food otherwise personally but their chicken biscuit, and I get mine without honey butter just because I like it plain, is the best!

Son of a baconator is currently my go to burger at Wendy’s. This one was good and the fries were properly salted, hot, and nicely crisp but not overdone. The cashier at the window said have a nice day as he handed me my card but did not offer a receipt before closing the window. I try to always get a receipt to make sure the amount spoken was the amount charged.

Very disappointed with this location. Ordered two double deluxe the burgers were dry and no flavor definitely been under heat lamps. Tasted like I was eating a McDonald’s hamburger. The staff was able to get the sandwiches out fast since the burgers were already cooked for sometime. Definitely will not be going back. Sandwiches were over priced for the quality I received.

Every delivery order I have ever placed here goes wrong. Usually, they will charge you for add-ons you select and then not add them, or ignore customizations. One time, I ordered a frostycino and they must have run out of frosty, because what I got was basically a cup of chocolate syrup and cappuccino with a bit of frosty settling in it . Even after adding milk myself, only a quarter of that rocket fuel kept me from sleeping that night and made my heart race. Of 9 orders something has been wrong on 8 of them. Now barred from our family restaurant options.

This place is always having some sort of problem. Either they are having “computer issues” or I pull up to the drive thru, you are told to wait and the wait lasts 15+ minutes when there are 2-3 cars ahead of you. I will start going to a different Wendy’s location because this location seems to have management issues and it has been going on for months now.
