Don’t bother coming here, especially if you order online for pickup. Twice now they have made us wait over an hour for our order. No apologies. They’re always behind and never have any chicken. Avoid like the plague. Go to chicken express or elsewhere. Once they finally did get to our order, they packed the whole thing down into one single paper bag. The fries fell out into the bottom and we’re smashed by the other food containers and they forgot two do the sides. When I went back I asked for it to be repacked and for our missing items and they took the bag, made me wait ten minutes, and came back with the same bag overfilling with food. No thanks. This is how they pack a $72 order.

What a CLUSTER. we have waited 1 hour for 2 bowls, a 2 piece meal, and 3 piece tender meal. We are not the only ones that have waited an hour. Several people in the store has been waiting as well. I am not sure if the employees need better training or a supervisor pm staff but they’ve had to give 4 orders back their money due to the wait just since ive been here within the hour. Just said something again and told they would get the order made right away. WHAT IS GOING ON? This location will not have our business anymore and I have heard multiple customers say the same.

Changing review to 1 star. This place has become the worst KFC on the planet. We spent over $20 for a couple chicken strip meals and the food was old and dry. The coleslaw had a weird tint and funny smell, like it was tainted. We just threw it away. What happened to cooking fresh food when a customer orders it? We tried calling the store to let them know and nobody ever answered after multiple attempts even though it was during business hours. I’m voting with my dollars and won’t be going back.

we will start with if you worked in a fast food industry you know that your going to be busy and esp when your short handed.. i saw lots of customers come in acting like kid getting mad stop and think what they are going through. i under stand whats going on in the kitchen and mistakes are made but they are doing there job as fast as they can where you can enjoy your food. Terrible experience…10 mins to order due to no one at register. 25 mins later ask about food after family ordered behind us got theirs first (nearly same order) and lady says they threw down wrong chicken? Had kids with me and needed to feed them something so requested refund. Manager made situation worse by being confrontational, argumental, and saying “too be patient”… 35 mins for fast food is patient…when you make a mistake, just own it.

Stood at the counter and no one was available to take our order for several minutes. Drive thru operator who could see us never acknowledged us or say that he would have someone available soon. We were basically ignored . Walked out .

Absolutely horrible experience. We were asked to pull around and they would bring the food out to us. Sat in the parking lot for around 10 minutes watching people who arrived after us get their food and leave. I went inside and my order is sitting on the counter getting cold. I asked for a refund and the clerk gave me attitude, threw my order in the trash and called the manager. The manager said I need a receipt or the food to process a refund. I said I don’t have either but that person took my order and here’s the drink. Told the manager several times what I ordered as she was literally digging thru the trash trying to find the receipt. She also asked several times if I ordered this or that and each time I repeated my order again. Running short on time and knowing I would never eat at this filthy location again, I walked out in frustration without the food or a refund. Never again!
