The staff is oblivious, you can get better service at Hyatt about any restaurant. The food was mediocre at best and there was more fat than meat on every dish we ordered. Even the steak in the salad was mostly fat! The steak sandwich should be called the fat sandwich.The plastic chairs are painfully uncomfortable. When we pointed out the issues with the dishes not matching the menu and the amount of fat vs meat – they didn’t care.

Took my Valentine to the St. Pete Signature location for dinner. We were unable to get a reservation (due to my procrastination), but were really happy with the service we received dining at their bar. The bar was spacious to eat at, and we had the best seat in the house to see the action. Renzo’s is a carnival of entertainment everywhere you look. The bartenders were crafting beautiful cocktails, pouring exotic wines from Argentina and beyond. The grill and working kitchen could be seen faintly behind a partition from the seats we were in but not felt or smelled, so it was enjoyable but not distracting. The service staff buzzes about with purpose. Our meal, called “The Renzo’s Experience” (make sure to order it with the wine pairing ) was possibly the best meal we have ever experienced. The tapas started with sweet corn and cheese cakes, followed by ahi tuna , beef carpaccio that blew our minds, then came a house made sausage sampler with chorizo, picante, salchiche, and morcilla sausage bites. The main course was a 15-day aged grilled bone in ribeye with sautéed vegetables that were incredible! For dessert we had a trio of crème brûlée with Amaretto, Limoncello and Frangelico infusions. They were creamy, refreshing and a delightful way to end the meal. Perfect for two, delectable, and an absolute sensory thrill! You owe it to yourself to give the Renzo’s Experience a try. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was ok; however it is quite expensive. I guess it is worth the try if you want to have a go at Argentinian food. The service could do a little bit of polishing like greeting customers as soon as they walk in ( nobody acknowledge us for a while) and asking customers frequently if everything is ok or need refills. Overall an ok experience.

Do not recommend for happy hour unless going just for the wine. The happy hour portions are very small and not worth the “deal” (as even admitted by the staff). We could not believe our taste buds when trying the calamari – it was truly a fish stick. Nowhere in there was squid, it was wild. Meat and cheese board was fine, but we ordered 3 items to share and we left starving. Didn’t even want to try other items based off of these three choices. Not sure if I’d return for the regular menu just based on this experience.

I brought my niece for her 16th birthday and they did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and polite. I thought they were attentive and offered helpful recommendations. The food was spectacular. We had dishes like octopus and sweet breads that can be difficult to master. Everything was cooked and flavored to perfection. Also, my cocktail, A NIGHT IN BUENOS AIRES, was spectacular; a perfect blend of tart and sweet. Shout out to our server, Jorge, who was very sweet and very helpful.

Absolutely awful experience, avoid this restaurant like the plague. It was a friend of mines birthday and we had a party of 7. Service started off slow taking over 15 minutes to get our initial drinks. Server seemed very uninterested in serving us, barely checked in throughout the night. Once we put our food orders in it took over an hour to get a meal. Yes a meal, everything came out at different times with the $75 steak coming last for the birthday boy after over an hour and a half of waiting. At this time the steak was delivered 20 minutes later then the last meals so he would be eating alone. He ended up sending it back instead of being the only one eating. Why would anyone pay this kind of money for such bad service? You would think for the amount of money they charge they could have all the meals out at the same time in a timely manner but I guess that is too much to ask for at Renzos. We spoke with the manager who seemed nice but then charged us auto-gratuity of 22% even after being aware of our awful experience. Will not be attending another dinner or will be recommending to any friends or family.

Used to be a busy place. Been there twice and the host not even have time for me. Stood for 5 five minutes and left. Walked by today and it’s empty, so tried it out. The experience is positive, service is good and food is ok. Got the early bird menu so the prices are friendly.

I got the dry aged new york strip, it was super thin. It was cooked medium like I wanted but it tasted like it was fried in a pan. It was still good but I like my steak grilled. I’ve never had steak taste like that at a restaurant. The server never checked on us after we got our food till we were done eating. A server assistant was very attentive though in refilling my water at least so that was cool. Probably a fluke with the service but the steaks just weren’t my style I don’t think ill go back
