Service has really degraded here! In this economy nowadays when things are so hard to come by when we the consumers spend our hard earned money, especially on food we expect quality!! I ordered 10 wings classic along with the corn, paid almost $20 and it was a total WASTE!!!!. The corn was fried so krisp, I was unable to eat them they were all burnt as well!!! As to the wings, I told them fry soft due to my braces, they were all fried hard as well and all drums which I didn’t ask for!!! The seasoning was so HEAVY on them could barely eat, I had to brush it off before eating!! I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND RATHER DISGUSTED AS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER!!!! I would NEVA spend not even a dollar in this place again!!

Recently, I visited my local Wingstop and had the absolute pleasure of seeing a beautiful, warm and welcoming smile from Jennifer! It was truly rare as sometimes many don’t greet incoming customers with smiles and warmth but Jennifer sealed the deal!! Not only did she welcome me and treat me as though she’d like to be treated another colleague named Rubens double up and showcased the same treatment towards me. WOW Jennifer and Rubens were super professional, well spoken and just really killing it with TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Message to management ~ Showcase some sprinkles for these two employees that made this Wingstop Superwoman feel really appreciated and of course the food was FRESH and not precooked or just sitting!!!!! The city need to be called on this location. I hope the owner of this franchise see this review and terminate whoever was working the shift tonight. It’s not the first I’m having an issue with this location, and the reason why I kept going back is because I live near by. If you are looking to get food here and you google this spot, and happened to see the bad reviews believe them. The bad out weighs the good. my order was messed up tonight , everything that I ordered was not in my bag and when I told them I didn’t get everything, they gave it to me ,and when I got home the fries was raw it was done properly , the corn was off cook with a part of it ice cold and the wings was raw.

I’ve actually never had this happen. I ordered food from their app and had it delivered. The order was incomplete. When I called in to have the rest of the order completed and delivered, I was told I had to come in an get it. I tried to nicely explain that it was a “delivery” order. Their answer was “let me try and explain this to you….” So mess up the order and make it the customer’s fault. Good policy. Bottom line, it’s just not that good. Won’t be making that mistake again.

My order was completely botched 3 weeks ago, and the two young girls were horse playing and rude at the joint. I called terribly upset because I put up with the lil kids at the restaurant, only to get home and realize my order was botched. I called to complain, but my daughter jumped on the call because she feared I was going to lose it. We asked for a manager and Ms Ashley (the manager) came on the scene. I’ve worked service jobs and I always maintain that a horrible start can still get you great reviews, if you handle conflict correctly. Well, Ms. Ashley was polite, apologetic and took immediate corrective action! I came back three weeks later and she kept her word. No attitude! She was pleasant and accommodating as ever, even though I showed up on a busy Saturday night and she was swamped! People have bad days and things do go wrong; however, how we fix conflict matters more than the offense itself. Go Ashley and thank you so much for your help. I left satisfied! Keep up the good work!

I had a terrible experience at Wingstop. I ordered a sandwich combo and ended up waiting for an hour to receive it. The cashiers were unable to provide any explanation or updates on the status of my order, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Despite taking multiple orders after mine, they couldn’t fulfill my order in a timely manner. I kept asking them where my order was, and all they could tell me was that it was coming. After an hour of waiting, I was appalled to see that they had food sitting on the shelf, which was a clear indication of negligence and a complete lack of attention to customer service. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the poor service and would not recommend this Wingstop location to anyone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I recently visited this particular wingstop and had the disgraceful experience of not only been mistreated and disrespected by the workers but also seeing the poor state of higiene this store has, their floor was flooded and counters were dirty, the place had a disgusting smell and i personally saw them DROPPED THE FOOD ON THE FLOOR (disgusting floor with water) to then put it back in the bag because they were too lazy to make the order again. Horrible experience and on top of that, the delivery workers at the place picking up food were discriminated at for speaking spanish. DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE.
