Typical arbys everything fast and fresh as usual!!! I will say i went thru the drive thru and was told to pull forward to the door to wait for my food. it was very unclear on where to pull, simply pulling forward put me in everyones way, need a bigger drive thru isle here.

Got there at 9:05 pm, wanted to dine in the guy said they close at 10pm. Wanted us to go to drive thru. We respected that out of courtesy and went to drive thrutge same guy, that short dude w long hair and glasses kept mixing up our order. (6 piece nuggets, two chicken sandwiches and one gyro meal w a coke to go). After patiently repeating the order for 15 minutes, he kept repeating our order back to us all wrong. we left. Please fire that guy or offer him training and make him do the dish and wipe the counter. He clearly did not want help your bottom line. SMH.

I want my money back. I asked for a 3 peice chicken tenders with bbq. I got 2 tiny peices of chicken that were not much bigger than a chicken nugget, and horsey sauce. When I was leaving the cashier said “Have a nice day” I replied “Thanks, you too” He then said ” Whatever”. I will never go back again. I was there at arou d 11a.m. Saturday May 27. I want a refund! I wouldn’t even rate my experience 1 star. But you have to rate it to post.
