I Love their fried chicken meals and their beef burgers are delicious as well as the French Fries. I really think this company would do Great if they’d deliver around this area or at least give it a try. I was very pleased with customer service and the food was Freshly cooked and ready to go within minutes from my order. Thank Y’all so much and keep up the Good Team work.

We were visiting from out of town and heard all about Jack’s. Honestly we were not impressed with the food or the service. We dined in and the dining area had dirty tables. The food was hot, but what was advertised was not what we got. The Big Bacon burger was small…looked like a slider. The meat patties were flat and not juicy at all! The manager was fussing at the staff because the staff were moving as slow as a snails. There were 6 people in the restaurant waiting patiently for their food orders. This is NOT fast food. Since this was our first time at Jack’s, it will be our last time eating there. Not impressed at all.

They are always out of everything how does a restaurant run out of ketchup and salt and pepper and the only explanation was that they didn’t order enough. The food is decent the service is terrible. It takes forever for them to finally take your order. This restaurant could have a gold mine there since there are so few options in this area but they are slowly running off customers. It’s just not worth it for the hassle I would rather drive an extra 25 or 30 miles for better service

Well the first time I tried it I had a 2 ft long hair inside my cup. I decided to come over here since the McDonald’s line was full and I’ve been sitting here for about 15 minutes total. The first six or seven I was on the outside Lane of the drive-thru which apparently isn’t used so I’m not really sure why it’s open. So then when I backed up and pulled in behind the car that came up after I did they told me to wait and I’m like I’ve been waiting this entire time. It’s not even busy here. There was only one car in the drive through when I pulled up and then the second one came in front of me and there’s not anyone eating inside either so I’m not really sure what the holdup is.

I had the double patty bacon cheeseburger. With all the fixings on it, it reminded me of the way that Burger King made their whoppers back in the sixties. In other words Jack’s hamburger was really good. The fries was really good also. Cooked to perfection. We also had fresh made lemonade that they had started serving. Very good.

The first week they had excellent service! The staff was friendly and did an amazing job! After the first week the service started going downhill. Not near as fast, not as friendly, etc! Today we waited 20 minutes for our food. We really like y’alls food, but hate to see the service so bad. Reminds us of McDonald’s! Hope to see some improvements!

First few weeks were good service, both lanes open, employees taking orders on ipads, good food fairly quick… gone downhill pulled up at outside lane, still had breakfast menu up and after sitting there, five minutes that lane was obviously closed, the whole point of fast food is fast service and decent food. All the food I have had here has been OK especially at the price point but I am not going to sit in line for 20 minutes for a hamburger nowhere near the fast friendly service they had when they first opened up.

The service was good, the food was not in my opinion. The burger I ordered was suppose to have “special sauce” on it. It was just ketchup and mustard. The mashed potatoes are instant mashed potatoes and they had hard clumps all throughout them where they weren’t mixed well enough. Also ordered a “lemonade” milkshake which didn’t taste like lemonade in the slightest. The food was also extremely salty. Pretty disappointed.
