Came to Carlsbad and my wife was craving some Pho so we hit this place up. We were staying at the Hampton inn not to far down the road which was convenient for us. So I looked them up and found out that they Doordash!!! So i ordered and i did go pick it up myself which I didnt mind at all. By the time I got there the food was ready to go! Very well put together for a to go order. All items had their own separate containers which helped with the building of the dish later. Now let’s get to the good stuff. The Pho was AWESOME!! Great flavor and plentiful. We had the PO#6 OPTION and it had it all. The spring rolls were also good. And the fried egg roll were great as well. Me and the family really enjoyed this place and highly recommend it. Thanks guys!!

Found this place on DoorDash as we were craving something warm and soupy. We got the special pho and chicken banh mi. Pho was tasty and portions were large. Tendons that are usually my favorite part were so chewy and inedible. These are usually cooked until they melt in your mouth. Banh mi was tasty too but lacking veggies big time, missing the cucumber and herbs, bread also chewy and stale, lots of room for improvement, hopefully these are not the norm here.

The flavor is very good but I was very disappointed in the fact that they did not have any bean sprouts, cilantros, and basils to go with our pho noodles. What’s the point to opening a pho spot if you can’t provide the staples to eating pho. I just thought that they have forgot to put it in our table but when I asked for it they said… sorry we are out

Had take out from this place a while ago and it was pretty good. Decided to come in and service and food were mediocre at best. Girl who took our order didn’t write it down and messed up a protein for my son. When the (cook?) brought it out we told him we ordered something different he stared us down and was obviously upset and stormed off. My order was screwed up too but I dare not complain to offend anyone. The floor was very slippery almost like they cleaned the floor with too much soap and it never was fully rinsed off, very hazardous. Just an odd experience and food was plain. Much better options within a 10 mile radius. Oh and what’s up with the watered down Sriracha?

Very good flavour and quality. Noodles were a little over cooked. When I added the broth to them they broke apart into small shreds, Vs loosening and staying together. Outside of that, it was fantastic.

This pho place has good pho. The downside of going here is the slow service. It just takes a long time to get served and to pay. So if you want to go for lunch plan for a long one. The vermicelli dishes aren’t great. The pho dishes are definitely the best option when ordering.

I LOVE going to this Pho place because it is near my work place. The menu is great yet very simple. The most atttactive part of my experience is always the cheap price. To me this place is cheap compare to other noodle house considering this is in carlsbad. I highly recommend this place most especially the broken rice,beef and Shrimp also the beef stew.
