This is one of the worst place. The only good thing about this place are the foreigners. They are very polite and pleasant to talk to. The Americans though, are rude and act like you’re bothering them. Soon as you add an item, they take a deep breath and smack their lips. They even cut you off and won’t let you edit your pizza without catching an attitude. Also, here it is Friday Aug 11, 2023, I call at 9:14pm and nobody picked up. I kept on calling until 9:25 and still nobody picked up. Each call I waited 5 min and seems like I automatically get transfer to hold after ringing 4 times. This is not the first time neither. Seems like night shift doesn’t want to take orders and tries to avoid making food around that time. I decided to order from golden china instead. They picked up quick. Will complain to corporate.

Worst service I’ve ever had with ordering a pizza for delivery. Was delivered the wrong pizza 30 mins past the estimated delivery time. Then requested to have my pizza be remade and that I’d pick it up. Went to pick up my pizza then my order was not there. Had to speak to a manager over the phone and 2 hours later I was able to get my pizza. Normally I would’ve asked for a refund but the pizza wasn’t for me. Will never order pizza from there again.

Unfortunately a door dash driver left the store at 16:33 and did not arrive at my residence until 17:18. I live 6 minutes away, and while I understand a couple individuals may have orders before me it is unacceptable to me that it should take an extra 37 minutes. The pizza was room temperature, the papadia was slightly warm in the center, and the bread was hard. They left the food on the side door (not the front door like all other people who have delivered food to my house) and didn’t knock.

Ordered from Papa Johns on Yadkin. Garlic knots under cooked and garlic sauce seeping through all 3 boxes. Pizza crust under cooked. Asked to be contacted about order and never heard back to resolve issue.

All I ordered was one large pizza and a small bread stick and that’s it. It costed me $37 for that alone. I accepted that because pizza delivery isn’t cheap no matter where you go. But the amount of time it took that driver to deliver was absolutely outrageous. I was told 30 minutes. The driver got to my home maybe 2-3 minutes before the hour mark. Never again.

I came here 8 months pregnant and encountered the kindest employees and management. The cashier Jasmine and the manager Nate were both super helpful and sweet. The cook Jaelyn was fast and the area looks clean and organized. Super grateful to them after the day I have had today.

Everything we have ordered from this location has been delicious and the team there is always very courteous. Definitely our go to for pizza, wings, pretty much any selection from their menu is amazing. This was our first delivery and it was faster than estimated, young girl who delivered was very nice. I usually do carry out but I am glad to know that delivery is available and quick.

Today I ordered food plus wanted to redeem my 8 Buffalo wings that I was suppose to receive for free since they didn’t give me my 8 Buffalo wings that I ordered for the previous night. The guy on the phone had taken my order and I could hear him ask the manager what was the code for me to receive my wings for free and she told him to ring it in separately but to still put in my order and my food would be delivered separately which was weird. About an hour later my food that I had to pay for arrived but there were no wings. I didn’t make a fuss. Here it is 4 hours later and I still have not received my wings ONCE AGAIN! So basically this store has gotten free money from me. You all urge us to tip delivery drivers but I can’t even get my correct food that I am paying my money for smh I will not order from this place again
