First time ordering from this Chipotle…normally we order from the Hugh Howell location. Well it wasn’t “bad” but wasn’t the full chipotle taste or freshness that we are used to. The rice was overcooked and kind of hard. Yuck. Maybe it was just an off day. We will try again and hope it’s improved.

Crowded and not enough seating. Most seating was long shared tables. The seating we wound up with was uncomfortable stools in a row facing the window. Yuck.

This is honestly the worst chipotle. Your order is never right if you order from uber eats and items are always missing. Then the customer service is poor. When you tell them they forgot your chips, they just say get a refund through the app which is like pulling teeth. My last order was wrong and had missing items and the only response I got from Chipotle’s app was enjoy free chips next time. I’m not sure how thats helpful being that I can never get chips at this location and they totally disregarded my wrong order. I ordered a chicken bowl and a sofritas bowl and got two chicken bowls. Then the toppings where wrong. They pretty much made the order for the chicken bowl twice. No chips or drink. Didn’t offer a refund or anything. A waste of my money just so that they could make a profit. It’s just this location. Its sucks because its the closest but this is the last time I waste money here.

This has been my go to Chipotle for almost a year however today my experience in the restaurant was horrible. I literally walked in the door at 3:15. The line was to the door. As you can see in the picture there were more people NOT working than working. The one lady who was working was moving like cold syrup. There was no food being prepared on any of the stoves so it just a matter of minutes before they run out of something. No one had on name tags, smh. Lol, literally the lady working the line just yelled HALF FAJITAS. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!

I know they just opened but I can’t wait until they start taking online orders because I couldn’t as of 12/7. I guess the drive-thru wasn’t open either because the only line was inside and the parking lot was packed. The food was fine and the staff were efficient though, no complaints there. I’ll check in with you guys in a month looking for some improvements because I already see some negative reviews I’m sure y’all can shake off after things really get crunk. HORRIBLE EVERYTHING! This is NOT the Chipotle location to patronize. I waited for almost 30 minutes for a mobile order that was supposedly ready before I arrived. The floor was filthy, with trash overflowing and the manager walking around without so much as a word. When I finally got my food and got home ( I live about 5 minutes away), IT WAS COLD!! I will never go there again!

I ordered my food at 7:50 to be picked up at 8:10. Normally I have to wait forever here so I was prepared. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants. To literally contemplate on eating Checkers over Chipotle says a lot. I did not get my order until 9:45 literally. My order had been pushed behind several orders that came after mine. I attempted to wait in the front to get my order. I was asked my name over 5 separate times. On top of this, I patiently waited in the regular line, gave the girl my name and told her I had been waiting on my online order for about an hour. At this point it was about 9:20 pm. She explained that there were a lot of 8:10 orders and directed to the front again, to give cashier my name. Which I did. I waited there until about 9:40. A customer then made a big fuss saying she had been waiting since 8:40 (she was standing there with a broken leg) and her order had been sitting over on the shelf already completed. Then I reiterated that I had not received my 8:10 order. three people YELLED at me and asked my name. I gave my name “Kennedy” then the male cooks says “i been done with that order”. The same girl from before then goes to the shelf and grabs my order finally at 9:47 pm to be exact. I understand being short staffed, I understand being busy. BUT, the complete and utter disrespect, disregard, and unprofessionalism I received was completely unacceptable. I will drive to downtown Decatur 20 minutes away from my house in 5 o’clock traffic before I EVER visit this Chipotle again! I am 5 months pregnant and became really sick from not eating within a reasonable time of taking my medication. Although my health may not be a main priority for Chipotle, I just know these are not the types of reviews the bosses boss would like to hear. My food tasted GREAT but it was cold. The service 0 out of 10.
