FILTHY! FILTHY! FILTHY!!! This is a place of business that serves food! There were about 6-7 employees behind the counter & everyone seemed 2 be blind 2 the fact that the restaurant was dirty! I’m a traveling sales representative, therefore; I’ve been 2 many Chipotles. This location is one of the worst that I’ve seen. Also, customer service was just as horrible! Had I read the reviews prior, I definitely would’ve skipped this place! I’ll never go back.. If the front of the restaurant looks this bad, can you imagine how they’re handling the food!? Don’t take any chances, go elsewhere! (I didn’t order any food) we left as soon as we saw the mess. These photos don’t do any justice.

Horrible customer service. In particular one cashier who has blonde hair. She rushes you while checking out and likes to make other people’s business her own. Avoid her. As far as the food it was good everything was fresh. That one cashier though, doesn’t make me want to go back.

I literally just left this restaurant and the employees there was so ghetto. As soon as I walked in the place was up in smoke with the smell of burnt chicken. You know the feeling when you walk inside an establishment and feel the energy. Well I can tell the employees there didn’t care about their job and it showed in the way the food was being prepared. The food didn’t look fresh and all the containers of food didn’t look good at all. I literally just left because that wasn’t what I was expecting at all coming from this Chipotle location.

I hadn’t had chipotle in a while, since today was my last day to redeem my free stuff. I ordered the new #alpastor which is so yummy, having some freebies #guacamole & #lemonade helped me order today. The stuff was super nice I was able to have a sample which was the decision of what I ordered

We live around the corner and I can honestly say it’s the WORST chipotle I’ve been to. They are constantly out of meats and veggies. Tonight all they had was chicken and steak. No fajita mix, no brown rice, no carnitas, No barbacoa. They should have just closed there doors. If it was a one time occurrence I woudlnt have written this review but it’s constantly happening here. Whomever the manager is needs to be fired bc they dont know how to order.

Putrid vittles! Expensive! The place is filthy! The outside back of this place facing where people drive thru for Starbucks is horrendous too! Discarded food, empty boxes, and dirty aprons everywhere! Not to mention chemical bottles, one open, lodged between the iron railings and the wall. I’m wondering how well kept is the kitchen area is. This is due to lax management and lazy workers. I took pics, sending them to the health department, think I’m kidding. People eat here for godsakes!

Skimmped me out on my bowl everytime. I asked for double chicken, it was a plain bowl rice and beans. I don’t add anything else and not only that the guac was SUPER SALTY. All for 20$? Driving back and forth around the city just to come home to this. Double thumbs down

The chicken was burned and chopped up into very big chunks. It looked like a 5 year old chopped the meat up. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. The burned chicken was not consumable so I had to throw it away. What happened to Chipotle? It used to be so much better.

It just keeps getting worse. No one wanted to take our order. When we got there they were just staring at us and each other like they were too lazy to go. I bought fountain drinks and the fountain drink we get didn’t work like always. The tables were dirty and no one bothered clleaning them.

I ordered a rice and bean burrito only and I had prefaced that while she was making it, so I assumed it would be made a lil beefier, but I got the tiniest burrito and they still charged me 8.75, and then I felt kinda cheated so I had my boyfriend go up and ask if it should be that small and they lady up front said “that’s normal sized” lol waste of money and time
