These noodles are amazing!!! Loved the broth in both soups and the veggies were super fresh. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions since it was my first time there. It is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of parking including handicap. The spicy cucumber salad was delicious, not super spicy but delicious flavor. I highly recommend trying any of the ramen on the menu you won’t be disappointed. Food came fast and hot!! Definitely going to head back and try something new on the menu.

The boss is very warm and generous, I challenged the activity of eating ramen noodles today, I successfully challenged, so the boss gave me free! The food is very fresh and the noodles are very special; Especially in the case of rising prices, they did not set the price quite high, the price is the same as when I went earlier. I am very disappointed in this place overall. It was nice and.ean when walking in. There were no other customers on a Friday night. Our server never even gave his name. This place gave more of a fast food and sot down vibe instead of resturant. The beef spicy chive noodles were a large portion but a major letdown. It had absolutely no spice or flavor. I even added extra chili and nothing. We asked for soup dumplings and got steamed dumplings, which tasted store bought. The bbq pork buns were too much dough and not enough meat. The dough does have a sweet taste. The Mongolian beef and noodles was the best item we tried, and again, it missed all heat. We were definitely looking forward to this for date night, and it was a waste of $60 & you couldn’t pay me to go there again and eat. There are quite a bit of other Ramen places around that we will check out. Also the menu does nothing to describe the meal which makes it very difficult to pick I ended up going to the website to see pictures because even the website doesn’t have a decent description of their menu items.

We live 2 hours away but this is our go-to when we have time around an airport visit. The food is spectacular. Full of flavor and fresh ingredients. 4 stars for service due to our first visit; when we asked for silverware and to-go boxes a table was indicated as if we were bothering him by asking and should have just gotten up from our table to get these things ourselves. It was a huge turnoff due to his attitude and lack of welcome. Subsequent visits have been much more friendly and the food will keep bringing us back!

Wow. This is not the lightly flavored small portion Japanese ramen place. This is your robust beefy homemade noodle comfort food with bone broth soup, meat so tender it melts in your mouth, a variety of cuts and widths of hand drawn noodles made fresh for you. One bowl between the two of us would have been plenty. The appetizers and all the food choices are authentic north eastern coastal full flavored traditional authentic Chinese food. This is what food in China really tastes like ! your mouth can’t stop thanking your for bringing such amazing Chinese food to your mouth. Maybe we love it so much because we lived in a city not far from the restaurant owner’s hometown. Not too spicy, but food that is so full of flavor!! Highly recommend the hot and sour ramen. Bringing back all my friends and family for more!!!

The Lanzhou noodles was life changing! I barely knew what I was ordering but wow I’m glad I tried it! It’s spicy, nutty delicious ramen!! You can tell the noodles are hand made. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu.

I tried the Signature Noodle Soup, and the taste was amazing. They offer hand pulled or cut noodles to your liking. The menu was a bit confusing, so ask questions when you order. Portions were good. This is a very functional space, but not a lot of personality.
