Worst Taco Bell in the Memphis area! Today was the final straw. I ordered in the app for myself and 3 other coworkers around 10-15 minutes before arriving at this location. It was Pouring down rain and there is no type of awning where you place your order in the drive through. I was asked to hold on a minute and I had my window slightly cracked so I could hear when she was ready and rain was still was coming in heavy.( I know the rain is not Taco Bell’s fault) No one was in front of me or behind me so aT least 5 minutes later, I pulled forward after saying “hello, can you hear me” a couple times. The worker opened the window and rudely said that she “told me to wait.” I explained that I ordered in the app and asked if I could just give my name at the window(that has a awning) because it’s pouring down rain and the inside of my car and my clothes were getting soaked. She raised her voice and told me I was going to have to drive around and get back in line. So I backed my car up since after 10 minutes or so, I was still the only person in line. I continued to wait a couple minutes until she finally asked what my order was. I told her I was picking up an order placed in the app. Pulled forward and when she gave me the bag she pulled it back at the same time so the bag ripped and food fell out. Employee laughed. A different employee came to the window, looked at the ground and gave me cheese sauce. However, a whole order of nacho fries, sauces, napkins and I’m assuming my other 2missing items from my order were all out. I asked for more napkins and with the attitude the employee gave me, I ended up leaving without the rest of the food. If it had just been my food, I would have asked for a refund but since I had wasted most of our lunch break in the line, I didn’t. I’ve given this Taco Bell many many chances because it’s close to where I work and every. single. time. has been a nightmare! Times are tough but management needs to figure something out asap.

I have tried giving this location multiple chances to do better but they simply cannot. The food is usually bad and it feels like anytime you make a slight change to an item you order it’s always wrong. Also I ordered the Doritos gordita crunch which is supposed to come with the Doritos shell which clearly this is not. Also the shells are usually stale. I ordered regular Baja blast and Baja blast zero which are the same color. Although being assured that I got Baja zero this is actually regular mt dew zero. It took 2 people to incorrectly point out to me on the machine which flavors were selected and I saw that regular mt dew zero was selected. The woman was also dead set on being right even though she “doesn’t drink this” .

Lazy to the extreme. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. I love Taco Bell’s but this one looked like it belonged in a 3rd world country. Worker literally left a huge mess on the table and a half finished drink from break. Up front in the lobby: No napkins. No ice. No forks, spoons, knives, you name it. No Pepsi. No Baja Blast. No tops for drinks. Had to ask for all of it. Half the food I ordered was cooked/prepared completely wrong. Can’t believe I just wasted my time and money here. Thanks Taco Bell. Whooo!

Clean resturant. Laughingly, the young man working there knew how bad it was and was appologizing before i even started ordering. No one to take my order. I had to stand at a kiosk like I was getting food from a vending machine not a resturant. Not all ingredients were available so my taco supreme was burnt meat and cheese on a stale taco shell. My extra regular taco was burnt meat and cheese on a stale taco shell. My nachos were a pile of bottom of the bag chip pieces, burnt like they were sitting under a hot light at a gas station all day with burnt meat and cheese. The Mountain Dew was good. Absolutely the worst Mexican food I have ever had and that includes the, dug out of the trash, hung over Sunday morning in college, got it Friday before the drinking began taco. Hats off to the managers for really stepping up their game. You really have to work hard to make Taco Bell suck this bad. Next level.

Worst taco bell ever. Sell you a slushy and then hand you an empty cup because machine is broken, no refunds. Don’t buy any specialty tacos, it’ll come out with a literal quarter sized piece of meat on stale taco shell…. But you probably won’t have this happen to you because they locked the doors at 130 in the afternoon and we’re telling customers they were closed.

My husband says the tacos are always old, stale on the sides and soggy on the bottom. The service is good but i use the app and just tell them a name at the drive thru. We love taco bell, but not this one.
