I loved it. I just wish the quarter rack had one more rib. They weren’t as big as I was hoping but they came right off the bone and were very good. Potato salad appeared to be house made and is loaded. Also had Mac and cheese. Family of 7, all ate here and all loved it. It’s located inside with 5 or 6 other restaurants.

Nice py. Welcoming. Light hearted. I got the Barbecue. (Pork, to you Bar-B-Que wayfarers.) Not much smoke. Not seasoned. Mildly moist compared to some of the down fight dripping wet Bar-B-Q I have been privy to in this part of the state of Oregon. I still do not understand why it is wet. Slaw was good. Potato Salad had a unique and capricious flavor but the potatoes were unjustly underdone. Located in the awful 5th Street market.

I feel like there aren’t too many barbecue places to choose from in my area, but this one is my favorite. The brisket burnt ends macaroni and cheese is my go-to. The meat is never fatty and pulls apart nicely. The couple who runs the business is always very friendly and personable. Never waited long or had a complaint and I’ve come here atleast a handful of times. I also think the portion of meat given is reasonable for the price.

Let me first state , I’m from Texas. Home of the best BBQ this ain’t it YALL. I was really in the mood for some BBQ but this place was highly disappointing. The baked beans were bland probably canned ( at least throw some bacon in there) the Mac and cheese was cold and undercooked and not memorable, the toast was soggy and the brisket barely had any flavor. I’d hardly call there sweet tea , sweet , it was mostly water.

High on the Hog is my go-to food cart at the Barn! The pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese are always delicious. Owner and staff are always so nice, even when it’s super busy!

I’ve eaten here 3 times over the last 5 months – it’s good! Next door to the Inn at the 5th, so easy to walk over after work. Last order was the tri-tip, I got an order and a half for a little more. That was a lot of meat – Delicious, and I slept very well.

The brisket was bland, mealy and even looked unappetizing. 15 bucks for a quarter pound of what I fed to the cats. The hawaiian place had better pork. Skip this one.

Overpriced in my opinion for the portion and the quality. Tri tip was decent enough, poor attempt at Memphis BBQ suave, Mac & cheese was extremely bland. Texas toast was the the best part. Food was available very fast and service was friendly.

The meal I paid for was 2 meats and 2 sides for 38 bucks, I had 3 ribs and a small portion of brisket burnt ends with baked beans and potato salad, it filled me up, but it tasted like garbage, probably the worst bbq I’ve had from any restaurants, and for 38 bucks? It was a ridiculous price, don’t get me wrong though I’d pay 38 bucks for some good BBQ, but this was just an insult, no crust on the brisket burnt ends at all, tasted like mushy meat with bbq sauce slapped on it, the ribs as well, will not be eating here again.
