I would rather this store lower if I could. I visited about 10 minutes ago. Specifically ordered a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese ON IT. I also purchased a medium DECAF iced coffee with 4 salted caramel syrups, 4 creams and extra salted caramel cold foam. The coffee was a regular coffee, with barely any cold foam on it, it tasted burnt and bitter. The plain bagel and cream cheese was tossed in the bagel, cream cheese on the side. Will not be returning to this location again.

I waited over ten minutes inside. Multiple people saw me never acknowledged me or said anything at all. I stood in clear view , there was even someone in front of me prior to coming in which I stood behind. I watched them take care of every car in the drive through that came after me and ignore me. I opened the door said thank you loudly everyone of the workers looked at me and said nothing as I let the door close behind me. This same scenario has happened more then once to me at this location

some guy decided it would be funny to torment my dog barking and showing him food, mind u they didn’t even get my order right either waited about 10 minutes for just a bagel with cream cheese on the side and hashbrowns gave me 3 knives but no hashbrowns, definitely don’t recommend this dunkin very immature staff and definitely have no idea what they’re doing.

They never ever get an order correct!!!! We have not gone here in about 2 months because of it. Once my egg and cheese was cold and when we got on the highway i had to toss it and go to another one. We asked for 2 egg and cheese and got 2 egg and cheese with SAUSAGE!!!!! Really! Is it such a tough job. Good luck to whoever owns this store!!! 7/7/23… NOW THEY CHARGE $1.00 FOR A CUP OF ICE EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE BUYING A SODA!!!!!!! NO other dunkin does that!!!

Save yourself some time and do not go to this Dunkin Donuts. The lady that took my order was rude, and when I got to the window they made me wait in the parking lot for my order. After what felt like forever, they gave me my food and didn’t even apologize. Her face just looked annoyed. The hashbrowns also were smushed and looked old. Never again.
