Continuesly giving me the wrong orders, always missing items I ordered. Never making the drinks right and waiting 20 minutes at a time in the drive thru. Then getting an attitude from most of the staff, also they never answer the phone when you call to talk to a manager. This dunkin is by far the worst one around.

Today, at 11:30 we stopped after my 2 daughter’s practice and spent over $20. We were cashed out by a young brunette, “Ashley” on my receipt, rude and mean. I don’t understand how you could pay someone like that $16 per hr and she treats customers like she hates them, she was probably the rudest person I’ve ever had interact with us, it was not busy. I asked for cream and sweet n low so I could add it to my coffee, she didn’t ask me what I wanted in it when I ordered it, and that’s fine, but don’t get huffy snd roll your eyes when I ask for cream and sugar! How…HOW could you let someone like this serve people? We were the only ones in there, it’s not like she was busy. I ordered a dark roast and it was cold, so I said, this is cold, so I’ll just have regular coffee if it’s hot. She rolled her eyes at me again, first time was when I asked for the receipt. Then she put several things in one small little bag, my daughter grabbed it, so I thought I was still waiting on my breakfast sandwich. She gave me an evil eye and said, ,”do you need anything else”, uh. No…it would’ve been nice if she kindly said she smashed a donut, bagel w cream cheese snd breakfast sandwich in that tiny bag, but she just put it on the gate, she obviously hates people and should either be trained on how to treat customers, or find a job digging ditches or something where she doesn’t ruin people’s day with her attitude and rotten demeanor.
