The burgers I got were terrible. I asked for “regular” burgers and when we opened them it was a small piece of meat on a small bun, with no condiments even though I specifically requested mustard and mayonnaise. There was one pitiful little pickle on each burger. I requested extra onions on one of the burgers but what was on it was onions chopped so fine, it was more like onion paste than good crunchy onions.

We went thru drive thru. Ask for 3 fish sandwiches, 1 with no sauce. They were cold, sauce on the 2were just globe on them half off the bread. Went yesterday to order an iced coffee. Line was moving fairly quick at first and when we got to the window to get the drink they made us wait 20 minutes and then proceeded to try to hand us food when all we ordered was a drink. Then we were told to drive into a waiting area so we did which was absolutely ridiculous for a drink. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes and while we were waiting they made ANOTHER person move into a waiting area for 1 DRINK. I should not be waiting at at McDonald’s AT THE WINDOW For 30 minutes on ONE DRINK. I understand they may have been busy but they were getting everyone’s orders behind us in that time they could have made my drink l ‍♀️

We rarely go to this location as the lobby is usually locked, the food is drab and the customer service is usually full of ladies who would rather give attitude than to make sure your order is right. We’ve had hair in our food, wrong drinks served, fries that have obviously sat for hours, under cooked eggs, sloppily thrown together burgers, missing items in orders and have even been short changed on several occasions. You would think that such a huge chain would be able to provide employees who at least ACT like they want to be there. McDs is slacking at this location.
