Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered the food and they tell me to pull up to the first window pull up there and sit for a good 5 to 10 minutes waiting on them to take my payment mind you at this time there was only one other car in the drive through. I’m literally the first person to pull in. Nobody comes to the window so I’m thinking maybe the guy meant. The second window so I pull up. There I’m greeted by an extremely rude associate, who tells me I can’t pay there so I let her know that I had been waiting back there for like 10 minutesnand she says extremely snappy that everyone is up front making MY order after there was another 2 placed by the time I get up there they still haven’t had a single person pay and everyone’s just sitting around talking. Then they make me go to the “reserve” spot where I Wait another 10 minutes for my food. Not to mention their prices are ridiculous and for 4 people to Eat it costed me almost 60 dollars. 100% will not be returning to this store and will be. Calling And filing a complaint with the. I was ordering food and they had messed up my order and the employee that was working behind the counter she didn’t say anything to me And you can tell she has an attitude same with the manager and it took about 10-15 minutes to help me then I had to wait another 10 minutes cuz she couldn’t get into the register to give me my chance and the hasbrowns were gross they have a weird taste to them and the after taste was gross and by the time I had gotten my food it was cold and wasn’t fresh hasbrowns had been sitting there getting cold until she could give me my change and I still had to wait for my change until the other manager came back from the bank I had ordered two medium iced coffee and I got two small worst customer experience and will not be coming back

My burger was wonderful and the fries were fresh and crispy. I’m pretty disgusted by the play area almost every time we come in though. The tables are always dirty and the play equipment is filthy. They need to keep on this better especially during cold and flu season.

The playplace is always closed. Not sure why. The people working there were very friendly. The pop always taste…off, when we have been there.

Yesterday the drive through was closed and a line out the door for the lobby, today got a fish burger in drive through, no tarter sauce and burnt fish after waiting in drive through for 10 min to pay. There was 1 vehicle in front of me and parking lot was empty.
