Had a small issue. in all thing happening unintentionally – the food I ordered was taken, as I go to drive thru to claim my food, the very nice lady told me what happen and Guaranteed me my meal with an addition of new drinks and cheese bread for the delay & She Delivered !!! Very fresh food as she said. Her approach about the whole situation is the definition of Customer service !!!!

Love hungry Howie but their 3rd party that takes the orders over the phone are horrible, they don’t let you ask questions, they interpret you they tell you about the 50th anniversary pizza then tell me that the store I’m going to doesn’t have the ingredients when in fact they did. Received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in years for merely asking a question. I can suggest to remove rude and disrespectful employees (aka Holly) from the window if they don’t know how to conduct themselves appropriately. It’s already hard being black in America so when I threatened to call corporate amd attempted to record them, they threatened to call law enforcement so I left before giving those hateful spirits a piece of my mind!

Called tonight to place an order. After being in the phone with the call center for 20+ minutes he was having issues he said he would transfer my to the store. The young kid that was on the phone had an issue putting in my card information kept saying his system was timing out. I had to tell him my card number two digits at a time and it was still too fast for him. If he doesn’t know how to work a register do not have him over the phone with a guest. I was told it would be 10- 15 minutes until it got to my house which was weird because normally it’s about 30 I said what? He said oh I’m sorry 30 minutes. Almost an hour later I finally get a knock at my door for the pizza. Later that night I had the urge to check my banking app to finder there are THREE CHARGES FROM HUNGRY HOWIES!!!! I am NOT happy about this. I called corporate lady apologized and said give them 24 hours to contact me back. I get she may not have been entitled to help someone but this is bull there should be someone in charge to be able to refer to my charge and credit me my money back immediately.. it’s a good think that I’m not hurting for money because I know many people are right now and to get charged over 90 bucks for pizza is ridiculous. This entire visit was a night mare.

The one I went to was not much for table space. They do have order ahead app. Plus a drive though. Many options they have for crust and three different size pizza. This was first time eating here had the pizza. Next time will venture to other options they have for food. Wait time was short less then 10 min to get food. Very polite and easy to order. Will be back again soon.

The pizza was great. The toppings were correct. I just don’t understand why the inside is always closed and you have to go through the drive thru to order. I’ve tried to order online and I always have a problem with completing the order unless I want delivery.
