Food was ok lasagna was good. Sauce had a lot of garlic taste and oregano . Chicken Alfredo tasted ok but chicken tasted like it was freezer burnt. Restaurant seating area was small. They had half of the restaurant blocked off. They could do better in dining area. Over all I would go back and get the lasagna. We didn’t try the subs but will try next time.

Came to this Fazoli’s on an out of town first experience; and was introduced to a new fast food favorite! JP provided excellent customer service, checking in and making sure our guest service was perfect. I’d recommend stopping by if you’re ever in the area; even detouring seems to be worth it!

Always been a fan of Fazolis, but this one was exceptional! The service was quick and beyond friendly. The food came out hot and fresh as always! Plus, the store was super clean. Shout out to JP for going out of his way to make our visit special! Cannot recommend this one enough! Stop here on your road trip!

Decided to try the new Fazoli’s in Dublin, since I really loved the Fazoli’s in Christiansburg. It has the usual grand opening problems: understaffed, AC did not work so it was unbearably hot inside, one of their machines was already down, so couldn’t have the wings, and the line at the drive thru was all the down the road. I’m sure those kinks will be worked out in due time, still it’s not the best impression. I have tried a few options to get a feel for the food. They have changed the Alfredo sauce recipe and I no longer like it. The pizza is great – love the robust sauce. The breadsticks are still amazing and, in my opinion, are much better than Olive Garden. I’ll be testing a few other things over the next few weeks, so I will update at that time.

3 stars doesn’t match what I put on the other ratings so I will explain. First and foremost, I used to love fazolis in VA beach where I grew up. I also want to say that I appreciate each and every employee that works there. My only issue was that I saw the manager or whoever has lead in the kitchen window literally touching the noodles with bare hands…on 3 occasions..everyone else had gloves on. Why not that guy? Anyway. I didn’t see him make my food so I ate it…was good. I think I’ll try to return when that guy isn’t working.

I would leave less than one star, if possible. My family of 9 walked in at about 8:25, we were informed at 8:31, after asking, (because no one acknowledged us behind the counter) but apparently your policy is to only serve take out after 8:30? There were people seated in the restaurant, and your hours are listed that you close at 9. The employee informed us ” it is just easier that way”. Well I hope it is “easier” when you have less customers, because I will not return to this establishment, and I will let everyone know that this company does not want to serve customers. Thank you for a terrible experience. This was also my parent’s first time coming to this restaurant, and I was looking forward to sharing this experience with my family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal everything was very well done and delicious. I especially liked that I didn’t have to eat off paper I loved the fact that they have glass dishes, real silverware everything was totally beautifully done. The food was totally delicious.

Ethan, the young man at the front counter was helpful, kind, and considerate. I overheard him speaking with someone on the phone who had called to complain about their order. He was professional and apologetic to the person. I was very impressed with his mannerisms and willingness to make it right with the customer.

I came to this restaurant because I heard good reviews. The food was good for the price… but the staff who run it are not fit. A short girl with glasses was too busy on her phone and screaming to the back staff so loudly. The tall male who took my order seemed to be stressed and running it alone because he also started taking everyones orders out while the girl stood there watching.. Management needs to reconsider the staff.

The young woman with red hair that took my order as cashier was the same young woman that brought out our delicious food last night she had the sweetest approach and her wonderful attitude made our experience so much better we will definitely be back !!!
