Got to love restaurants they stay open late for us night owls. Think they stayed open until midnight or 1 am. This place gives me Waffle House vibes inside but with more fat people food lol I love it. Friendly atmosphere, the workers wore shirts with funny slogans the restaurant made up. I personally liked it.

Highly recommend for some great food at a reasonable price. We went here on a Sunday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. I had the Philly which was excellent and my wife had the cheeseburger special. I would say I would have ordered the double. Free refills on drinks and the girl at the counter was very attentive and super friendly. The cook was great and even asked us how everything was. We also got an a order of the wings which are 1/2 price on Sunday and they were great. This really is a hidden gem. Don’t be scared. Come try for yourself.

Got the Fat Maverick Sandwich. Sandwich and fries were great. Really good bread for the sandwich. A good amount of food for the price and you’ll definitely be full and want a nap afterwards. Staff was helping and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a great place to try and visit regularly.

First time visitor. The food was okay, (I had a very juicy burger) and I had zero problems with the staff. However, I’ll likely not return because it was really dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor. You could see smears of grease on the walls and tables… Makes one wonder what’s going on where the public can’t see. Yeah, it’s a burger joint serving greasy food, so some of this is expected, but I did not see anyone come out and clean anything the hour or so we were there. (Guests came and went, no tables cleaned.) I loved the location but I would recommend getting it to go.

Found this spot after my parents had told me about their experience. Small location with a HUGE menu. I had the Mac and cheese bites and the Fat Doobie (sandwich of course). The food was delicious. The sandwich I got was a small but packed with chicken fingers, fries, onion rings…it could have easily been shared. I’m definitely going back because they have so many items on that menu I want to try. I was told they make their honey mustard in house too. They have a variety of unique sauces for sides and wings. They’re open late too so if you are craving something delicious late, pop in!

We ordered online from Fat Shack and has my order delivered. We got the large Fat Maverick and added mozzarella sticks and bacon. We also ordered deep fried Oreos with chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce. The order came on time but was missing the sauces I paid extra for. The sandwich tasted ok. It was missing sauces on it that we requested. It also was really skimpy on the amount of food included. It was not at all a decent value for the $20 we spent on the sandwich. I would’ve expected more that a few French fries and the couple of chicken tenders that were on the sandwich. The mozzarella sticks we added looked like it was only one stick that had been smashed across the entire sandwich. Really disappointed in it. The deep fried Oreos were pretty good but was really disappointed the sauces I added for them were not included. That would’ve made them significantly better. I would not recommend this place because it is way overpriced for what you get.

I pulled into the parking lot greeted by delicious aroma of grilled Angus beef. Which had my mouth watering from the get go. We walked in and were greet promptly by a very friendly staff. They have a great menu. Best French fries in Topeka. The wings and burger and wings were excellent. The cheesesteak was a little lacking in flavor but still good. overall all i would say this is a hidden gem in Topeka. There is no kids meals for parents out there so keep that in mind.

Hamburgers were okay. They seemed like frozen patties. Fries, chicken strips, and mozzarella sticks were good. Definitely going back to try one of their chicken sandwiches. There is a ton of different types of chicken sandwiches. Probably good hangover food.
