Couple weeks ago, got a burger – bottom bun super soggy but flavor of burger was good. Placed online order today – checked in when arrived and called in to request marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. Order came with ranch and no cheese sticks. Called back in – got my cheese sticks and they still didn’t bring marinara. Left without. Normally never have prob tho. Disappointed past couple of visits.

Ok so I’m blown away at the consideration of the workers tonight 1/1/23 9:00 pm , I have ordered bunless burgers from MANY fast food and non fast food restaurants and tonight’s BLEW them all out of the water! The lady taking our order ask if I wanted my Patties chopped up having never been asked this before I was hesitant but said yes, apparently the cook (I wish I knew her name she amazed me) came out to my vehicle before the carhop and personally gave me mayo&a fork (most places always FORGET THE FORK ) the burger with extra lettuce was in a foot long coney container and it was the BEST experience I have ever had I told my husband I wish I could give that lady a Hug she totally made my night ❤️

Every single time I order a Sonic Blast there is nothing in it. Literally it looks like there is a teaspoon of candy sprinkled on the top. I’m not brave enough to send it back, lord only knows what will happen to it. I even paid an additional charge for extra candy and still didn’t get it. Do I need the blast? Absolutely not. Should I get what I paid for? Absolutely. If I’m making the choice to destroy my health and body with salt, sugar and fat then by God give me what I ordered.

We called ahead to verify the Sallisaw, OK Sonic location was open. The lady on the phone verified they were. When we arrived 30 min prior to close they told us they were not willing to serve ice cream of any kind the rest of the night because they were already starting to clean the machine. Just left sonic to never return. I’ve been a loyal customer for years over looking many bad experiences but no more. I stopped this morning to get my mom a mother’s day burger. I asked for mustard which seemed to offend them. Upon receiving order I a asked if it was a deluxe burger….I was assured it was. I checked it…the only thing on it…mustard. I paid for it….gave it back and told girl I was going to Braums. She took my money…smiled sweetly and said have a nice day. No excuses for the staff…they did it on purpose because I asked for mustard. Good luck sonic we’re officially breaking up.

Haven’t had a bad experience with Sallisaw Sonic in a while, but tonight I ordered $40.00 worth of food and was missing three items. One child wouldn’t have had any food, so I gave him mine. They said I would get a refund for the 3 missing items, but have not seen it yet. I just wish they had a way of making sure everything is in the bags before they bring it to you.
