They refuse to give you refunds and they won’t change your order either. I ordered chicken chow mein and I was expecting fried noodles but I got cabbage instead so I didn’t know there was a different version of chicken chow mein but they said to me that I ordered the wrong thing and they wouldn’t change it to fried noodles.

On Wednesday at 1:15pm (not busy, and I was only customer), I called to pick up 2 lunch specials, called 15 minutes in advance to pick up but they started cook after I get there and paid, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes with 2 kids in the car waiting for me. And, soup was half empty

I love this place, the food is great. It’s a small, (I assume) family run place, with not much room to sit down but, that’s okay. Honestly, the only issue I have is all the plastic. I understand plastic containers for to go orders but, not when dining in. We ate with plastic forks from plastic containers and our table wasn’t very clean but, it’s okay. I think they get more ‘to-go’ orders. Either way, the food here is good.

This is a hidden gem and hands down my favorite Chinese spot in the Charleston area. The amount of food for the price is outstanding and it’s always full of flavor. My go to is the Singapore Chow Mei Fun and nobody else’s can come close to how delicious it is. The crab rangoon is off the charts delicious as well. Every time I order online it is ready quickly and correctly.

Hole in the wall Asian food. I had to wait but it was fresh. I would rather have fresh than fast. They are busy and know that they are back there chopping up your fresh vegetables. If you dine in you have the choice of one table in the front with Christmas decorations or the next room with orange walls and boxes. The white rice is sticky which is the way it’s supposed to be.If you want Uncle Ben’s go somewhere else.
