The manager exhibited a disingenuous demeanor and openly displayed annoyance when we inquired about the spiciness of an item. Throughout our meal, the manager consistently scolded, corrected, and lectured the employees, adopting a condescending tone. This behavior was so prevalent that it sometimes resulted in the manager neglecting attending to the customers. As a result, the overall atmosphere of the place was far from pleasant.

6:30pm on a Sundsy. At least eight visible employees with only one building orders on the line where they actually make their money. The customer line was to the door. We finally got tired of watching them do nothing, and turned around and left.

The manager was very fake and openly acted annoyed when we asked if an item was spicy. While we ate the manager scolded, corrected, lectured, and spoke down to his employees. The manager ignored customers to do all this at times. Not a great atmosphere

Normally not one to write reviews but it’s just been happening to much lately in this area to not address. We had gone in to order two plates and an order of the crab cheese ragoons, we were charged for them and never received that item. Just extremely disappointing to see when we received our food they weren’t included in the bag!
