I had the greasiest pasta bolognese I have ever seen, not even sure how this happens, there was at least a 1/4 cup of grease in the bottom of the bowl. I attempted to eat this dish before a greasy film lined my mouth and I discovered the source. I brought it to the attention of the server she acknowledged it shouldn’t be greasy and went on about her duties. Should’ve demanded it be taken off the bill!

Original Wood And Resin Videos
Had the omelette with peppers and onions. It was good. I especially liked the potato cakes. The chocolate cake was fabulous! My wife had the chicken and waffles. She thoroughly enjoyed them. We ate there on Christmas Day. They didn’t get five stars because they took about 30 minutes to get our food to us. The waitress was great but I think the kitchen was short staffed. We still enjoyed everything.

Our waiter was adequate but in no way friendly, I’m guessing he didn’t like his job. Very curt in his dealings with us. The zucchini , carrot, cauliflower and broccoli medley was cold and soggy and obviously from a bag of previously frozen veggies. For the price of the meal I would expect a reasonably friendly waiter and edible side dishes. The rest of the food just so so, nothing special. I would not return.

I ordered the shrimps and grits and it was the worst shrimps and grits I have ever tasted. They told me 20 to 25 minutes and I went and checked at 17 minutes and it was ready. it was cold and tasteless, if you had good shrimps and grits before. Don’t order this cuz you’ll be disappointed like me. It wasn’t cheap either

My family got sick after eating chicken alfredo with so much garlic as well as raw chicken. Sent it back and new plate was loaded with raw garlic. My veal was raw and the burger I change to eat was good. I don’t recommend this place…

My girlfriend and I came here on a chance looking for an earlier brunch spot. My waitress was ok, and nothing to brag about. She had no sense of urgency and did not check in with us after the meal was dropped off except to get paid. We were seated at the very end of the restaurant up against a filthy wall which didn’t help matters, either.

The last night of our stay we decided to eat here, what a terrible decision. Ordered the steak, it was cold, tough, and super fatty. Could not even eat around the fatty parts it was so tough. The chicken Alfredo was awful as well. Chicken was cold and bland the Alfredo sauce tasted off as well, very garlicky. It’s disappointing that beau rivage would allow such a low rated restaurant in their upscale hotel.

A Snoball’s Chance in Hellcat
We ended up eating breakfast here our day of check out. Our decision to dine here was impromptu, but we were able to be seated without delay. I don’t understand why 3 different servers waited on us, though each of them was very nice. Lavonna was the most attentive and kept checking in with us on an issue with an order (kitchen mix-up…it happens), even though she wasn’t the one to take our order, nor deliver our order.

Great place to have late night snacks. The staff are very polite and nice. We got the BBQ ribs, Vegan Burger and Reuben Sandwich. Reuben Sandwich was my favorite. Didn’t care for the ribs. The meat was a bit tough and I didn’t exactly like the flavor. Im pretty picky with meat when it comes to seasoning it a certain way. Seafood gumbo soup was ok for me. Too much rice for me. I would love to see a little more seafood. And you can never go wrong with pepperoni pizza. Crab cakes were good. Their burgers are decent. Im always coming here when I can’t decide what to eat

I eat here at least 1 time a day every time we are at Beau Rivage. Never had an issue with the service or the food. Best shrimp scampi I’ve had. Poboys are great as well.
