My neighborhood had a block party at the amenity center today and I was super excited to see this food truck. I love Caribbean food and seafood so this truck fit the bill. Our HOA gave us little ticket vouchers to try a menu item for free. I ordered the shrimp tacos and my daughter ordered grilled cheese and tots. However, I was quickly disappointed when I had to wait over an hour for my food but they were super busy, so I’ll give them some slack. Then after a long hour wait for our food I received my basic shrimp taco with the smallest shrimps I’ve ever seen. I mean at this point I prefer shrimp tacos with two to three big shrimp then getting these small little shrimps. The taco was basically a lettuce and mango salsa taco. My daughter’s grilled cheese and tots was okay, it was edible. I don’t think I’ll ever come here and spend my own money after seeing those egregious shrimp tacos!

The workers were super nice, gave us a free sample of the lobster bisque…. Delicious! So freaking tasty. We wound up ordering Caribbean pearl tots which were amazing. Tater tots covered in shrimp, crab, pico, mango, and sauce! Such recommendation, much satisfaction.

Me and my daughter just came by here to 403 eats and this food truck was there, they immediately greeted me, gave me all the info on the food and answered all of my questions. I got the Maine lobster roll and lobster bisque, it was amazing!!!!!
