The customer service is great and the eating area is very clean. The chicken sandwich was good. The bread was very good. The chicken was a little bit dry.

We picked this place because it was closer to our hotel than Subway, which is our usual go to on business travel. I’m so glad we tried it!

The French dip, chips, and pickle were all excellent! Huckleberry Soda? Amazing!

As a local, I’ve tried to give this place it’s fair shake. I’ve gone to all 3 locations And unfortunately, the outcome is always the same… A run of the mill, nothing special Sandwich that’s priced about $3 too high. The queso cheese that they are supposedly famous for is like an off the shelf canned cheese. I would much rather have cafe Rio queso any day of the week. I consider myself a sandwich connoisseur and I just don’t understand how they keep building new ones and putting out the same plain old stuff.

This was my first time at the Grant Road location. I found it to be a frustrating experience ordering as it was very loud and I had to raise my voice rather loudly to be heard while ordering. The menu boards are placed in such a way that you have to lean back to see them properly. The music was rather loud and having a conversation with my lunch companion was rather difficult. I don’t feel the new location is an improvement from the perspective of a regular customer.

First and last time. Dry flavorless chicken, beyond stale chips. Famous queso, I think not. I should have gone to Jersey Mike’s.

While passing through the area we decided to try some local flavor and were not disappointed. I had the Italian Stallion sandwich. It was like no sandwich I have had before. The fresh pickles and perfect bread toasted just enough to add the nutty taste. Definitely worth the stop.

The sandwiches are good, if not a tad overpriced, but customers should know that the owner is also the host of the show “The Vibe at Five” on 101.9 FM, a conservative mouthpiece of the Billings Chamber of Commerce. That could be a bonus or a drawback, depending on your personal beliefs.

First time ever having TopZ. Maybe I went on a bad night or bad time? Ordered for pickup at 5:30. There was literally no one else there and my order was the only one for pickup. Walk in, very friendly lady says hi, then proceeds to grab a loaf of bread and slaps it down on the NASTIEST cutting board I’ve ever seen before asking what we would like. This thing was dark brown and covered in vegetable juices and pieces, meat shavings, and bread crumbs. It was like something you see on Bar Rescue legitimately. Having worked in food service and managed a bakery/deli, there is no way this cutting board is being properly cleaned. She didn’t even bother to wipe it off with a rag before putting the bread on it. That’s how you get people sick. Ordered a chicken queso crunch and it was awful. Driest chicken sandwich I’ve ever tried to eat. Don’t know if it was overcooked or just reheated to death but it was almost like shaved jerky. To top it off, it was absolutely smothered in black pepper. So much so that I couldn’t even taste the cheese when I put it on the sandwich. Couldn’t eat more than half because it was burning my mouth, throat, and nose. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be, don’t know but it absolutely killed my stomach and I’ve been paying for it all day today. I just can’t get over how disgusting that cutting board was. Especially the fact that there was no one else there and no other orders to make, they could have taken just a minute to at least wipe it down. Won’t go back, wouldn’t recommend.

I was with a group of friends and we all ordered sandwiches – beef queso, french dip, and a montana. Things got very quiet because it was that delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had an interesting selection of soft drinks and best of all – you are supporting local businesses when you eat here!
