Mike greeted us as we entered the establishment and remembered our order from last time we visited was amazing. One of our favorite places to eat. It felt good and honored that he remembered us. He was always friendly and polite each time. Great customer service goes along way. Great job Mike you Rock !!!!!!!! The food is always fresh and hot. The chili is my favorite. Cold days stop in and warm up with a bowl you won’t regret it.

I can’t believe this place isn’t more popular. You can do a garlic bread option, you get a toasted sub in an actual container, not flimsy wrapping. I highly recommend this place for your next sandwich.

Firehouse is awesome and has wonderful meatball sandwiches. If you have children, this place is a saving grace in a pinch. We order online or call ahead and then stop in for pickup and it’s super smooth and quick. I also recommend taking advantage of their rewards as you’ll get free sandwiches every so often!

Absolute worst customer service from the woman behind the counter. Incredibly negative attitude. Argumentative with co-worker. I came in for a small sub and a cup of soup. I was immediately met with the woman telling me how small the sub was in a negative attitude. I then asked about the meatballs and her co-worker stated that he had forgot to put them on. Again she becomes even more argumentative with her co-worker raising her voice at how long it will take to cook meatballs. She’s unprecedes to completely ignore me at the register and walk away into the office. This is the second time this woman has stood at the counter and walked away from me without saying a word. The previous time I had left too because of that attitude without buying anything. I am never going back if that’s acceptable customer service.
