As always, consistently yummy burrito bowl. Sadly, the dining room looked like a pigpen. Multiple tables, chairs, and the floor weren’t clean and customers were forced to grab their own paper napkins and clean their own tables & chairs. At times SEVEN employees were in the front, with no customer line, and yet not one employee did any cleaning in the DINING area the entire time I was there to eat my meal. You can do better than this, Chipotle!!!

I was very disappointed, thinking that this would be a good location to meet a friend for lunch. It was her first time at this location and I feel very bad inviting her here… all of the meat was cold, dry and hard…. We ask where are they going to put in or get some fresh meat soon they said no… you can tell the food has been sitting there for a few hours driving out. they were scraping the sides and bottoms for guacamole so we ask for at least to have some fresh guacamole.

Greeted with friendly staff. Fast and quick service. I usually get the burrito bowl with steak. They had a new item call chicken pollo asada and decided to try it. It was awesome. Good flavor and not too spicy. I hope they keep on the menu permanently because it was delicious. Much more flavor than the regular chicken.

Ordered thru the app. When we arrived for pickup they advised us that they didn’t have the food we ordered. Asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t and we’d have to call customer service. Called customer service and they said they couldn’t refund us because we paid with a gift card. They’d give us a free entree, but couldn’t do anything for the guacamole or extra tortilla we paid for. We said so basically I have no food and you get money anyways. They responded yes and got upset I was upset they now had $4 of my money. Will never order thru the app again.

Ordered online, not only was my food labeled wrong so I brought it back, but then they told me that it was 100% my order and just had the wrong sticker on it. When I came back to eat my food (i took it back to work with me), I ordered white rice and realized it was all brown rice in it. Super disappointed as I also noticed it was really slow so it’s not like they were making it in a rush of customers.

This was by far the worst Chipotle experience. I ordered a pick up to be ready at 240. I got there at exactly 2:40. The bottom of the bag was cold and soggy. The food had been sitting there for a while. Got home with food, and the burrito was on top of the bowls that were in sideways, so all bowl food had slid into the lid. Spilled out everywhere when opened. I added guacamole to one of my bowls. I had a huge chunk of avocado that still had half pit in it. Also had a side of guacamole and chips, and the chips tasted so stale they were chewy.

Chandler chipotle can always be a hit or miss. I usually order pickup through the app and I’ve had experiences with good orders and half cooked rice situations. The app has provision to provide complaints and they are good about refunding orders when things go wrong (I’ve once had an order with no protein). So just keep an eye out when ordering

My fiancé went in for a quick snack, we went in and there were no customers so we went straight to the register with the intent to just ask for some chips, queso, and guac. A young lady from the back came to the front and directed us to go to the beginning of the food line, I mentioned we just wanted to grab those items and she rolled her eyes at me. Then, as we were standing there waiting for her to scoop the chips in the back, my fiancé said he saw her eating chips as she was scooping our chips. I didn’t really believe it until we were sitting down at a table and looked in the direction where she was scooping chips and there she was, scooping other customers chips and eating them as she went. I love Chipotle, but I won’t be coming back to this location. Yikes!

I’ve absolutely loved all the burrito bowls and tacos I’ve ever gotten from this Chipotle! The staff always give a friendly greeting when you walk in and will strive to make your order perfect. The guac consistently looks and tastes amazing, I get it every single time! As a repeat customer I can attest to the quality and deliciousness delivered here, come have a taste for yourself!
