A lot has changed since the pandemic and the service that they once gave has gone down a lot. I know some folks are loyal to a fault but not me I used to go here all the time but I was tired of having to have cash just so they can not pay the true amount of taxes they owe. They reason they don’t accept the card or debit card is because they can’t fake those numbers. Next I waited 50 mins to get two fish meal with grits and eggs. Very chaotic and unorganized people that walked in after me got their food before me and I was just disappointed as a whole I used to enjoy going to Ben’s Restaurant but now I choose to go elsewhere!

I absolutely love this place! I go often and have for Years! Friendly family staff and very comfortable atmosphere. Really good food and the Best Shrimp Fried Rice in town hands down! A “must go” hidden treasure in Rochester!
