I feel like the Five Guys in Bethany is consistent. I’ve been more times than I can count and have yet to have a negative experience. The burgers are always delicious and the fries always taste like they are fresh out of the fryer. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They give a sticker to my three toddlers which makes their day. Sometimes I’m insecure bringing my twin 3 year old sons and my 2 year old daughter to dine in places because they get excited and very loud and sometimes a little messy, but the staff and fellow diners never seem to mind the chaos. I highly recommend!

It’s five guys! Awesome burgers, just how you wish them to be, dressed up however you want them to be., hidden in the bottom of the bag, covered by a bunch of great fries. Metal tables and chairs, it’s five guys, not the Ritz. Went at an off time, just before the high season. Walked right up to the counter. Live the soda machines, you know, the ones with 100 choices or so.

It’s a real treat to eat here. I don’t have have Five Guys restaurants near my home. The burgers and fries are the best. The restaurant is clean and the counter person greeted us immediately. We had a short wait for our food, and it was delicious. I certainly will stop Here again when we visit this area

I am absolutely disgusted with this restaurant! Because of health issues I’ve been battling I am limited to the types of food I can eat. All I wanted was a hamburger patty, no bun, no condiment’s, no nothing on it and they wanted to charge me $10.50!!!!! Five Guys is robbing their customers! I had to go without a meal because of them! I am absolutely infuriated!!!!!

I’ve been to many Five Guys. This one was the worst, and I liked Five guys. Staff talking behind the line only had to other patrons seated not a clean table to sit at. My burger buns was so soggy thought they dropped it in the sink, it was not even fully wrapped. Fries were cooled. Manager for that day sucked. May 1 2022. I will never stop at another Five Guys. ☹️☹️☹️ I would rather stop at McDonald’s at least their consistent.
