The burrito bowls are the bees knees. So much food in one bowl, two people can easily share it. You get the option to either hav wit made with lettuce or cabbage. I recommend el pastor they got with lettuce for the bowl and some chips on the side. Totally delicious

The food was great. I would give this a 5 star across the board. But the service was sub-par, my ” aguafresca” was just hibiscus with no fruit in my drink at all, and the prices were way too high. And they forgot my salsa, which I paid extra for. They are charging dining prices on a fast food style restaurant.

Today is the first time I have gone to Maximo’s. When I stepped into this restaurant, I thought “oh, one of those hipster places where the food’s gonna be bland and too expensive.” BUT, let me tell you my friends, I was wrong. The owner was energetic and friendly, the service was quick and the food? The food was superb, divine, beyond even my highest expectations.

I’m honestly disappointed and feel like I was over charged. I got two burritos one was asada and tripa mixed and the other burrito was just tripa. They did say the tripas was an extra charge but I did not think my total would come out to $40.. they said it came with the drinks but still that’s a lot, never coming here again

Hand down the best asada fries I’ve ever had! It’s a very generous portion and their loaded. The Horchata was delicious.

Maximos has the best asada fries in the valley. Worth the hour drive. Everything about the asada fries is great. Especially the thick cut always crispy fries. Other places always have small thin soft fries. Plus the price is fair with all the toppings which comes with avocados, crema, cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, and onions. Overall great place for asada fries. Aguas fescas are good too.

Their burrito bowls are very good, filling. Well worth the price, and I usually pay extra for double meat. The meats can be greasy, so I try to stay with mostly the pollo. The asada and carnitas can be overwhelmingly oily. I wasn’t a fan of their burrito personally.

Service used to be way better. Food is still good. Called to order. Put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and kept trying to call for another 5 to 6 minutes. Decided to drive to the restaurant. Got there and they werent even busy. Phone was still sitting off the hook with my call on hold. They should have a dedicated person to answer the phone and run the register. Because this has been happening consistently.

Great fresh food, love the burrito bowls. High quality food and large portions cooked tight in front. Freshness tastes great.
