Service was fast and friendly. Ordered the double grilled cheese burger and tots special. Noon hour. Tots and burger were lukewarm. The grease the tots were cooked in tasted rank and barely classified as cooked. Burger tasted of old grill.

Well, usually food quality is decent at this location. This time I think only two pieces of my large order of sauced jumbo popcorn chicken were larger than a tater tot (picture for reference). And needless to say the rest had no actual chicken in them… Just sauced pieces of breading. Everything else was obviously old or stale. For an order picked up at 6 pm, I would expect fresh food. Very disappointing.

Always ridiculously slow for ‘fast food’ and there’s always at least one thing wrong with my order. Mix your shakes properly. A chocolate shake shouldn’t be off white with a bunch of syrup at the bottom.

They were good they were fast, but my family was so slow! They were trying to use the app so they could get the happy hour prices or something. Everybody was really hungry and in a bad mood and seeing hurry up and Dad had to take 25 minutes trying to get the app and order it and then he was supposed to sign in and then he lost everything and he had to order it again and it was crazy! So we were relieved when the food came right out. We enjoyed it especially the cool things in a hot summer day.

Normally have a decent experience at this location. But tonight we got two sonic blasts. Started eating them and they were super grainy. Went back and told them and they said “yeah we probably need to clean our machines.” Yikes! That is gross. Machines should be cleaned daily. Luckily we got our money back but feeling disgusted that we ate ice cream from a machine that they admitted needed to be cleaned.
