08-28-2023, ordered online for walk-in pickup at 7:15 PM. Arrived and decided to use drive-thru window for first time. Friendly man happily greeted us, asked my name and girl behind him handed him our order. My 8” gargantuan was delicious as usual and I always like how the hardy roll holds up for trip home and through the last bite! My bride really liked her favorite 8” Beach Club! Always clean conditions and friendly staff when we go there. Order is always made correctly.

I go here every Friday to get a number 12. I love the back club. But, half the time, including today while I am writing this, they forget to add the avocado spread. I’m livid every time. It’s literally 1 of 2 sandwiches that get this ingredient. How do you mess this up so consistently?

Went here twice first time the messed up every sandwich nothing to bad just didn’t add onions. The second time they gave me someone else order. So I have 4 wrong sandwich I’m out 30 bucks because I live an hour away. Do not go to this location and expect to get what you ordered.

They left on a hold forever and told me they didn’t have enough workers to take my order and then the worker laughed at me when they were out of lettuce and I said I couldn’t eat bread. Their workers here need a lesson in customer service. It’s not funny that you don’t have the ingredients on your menu. I would have chosen a completely different restaurant.

Jimmy John’s is up there as one of my favorite Sub shops! I always know when I come here I’m going to get great quick service and a yummy sandwich! My go-to every time is their “Club Lulu” on wheat. Many people don’t know this but they have more than just one style of bread to choose from haha. Don’t forget the Kickin’ Ranch on the side too!!

Love me some JJ, but this location isn’t as good as the others. They have a hard time getting your online order done and usually make it when you arrive. Out of 3 visits, I’ve had one completely wrong sandwich andone missing cheese. Never ready when I arrive.
