Well I went through the drive through and they asked me to wait a few minutes for my chicken waited 25 minutes. I went inside she told me 10 more minutes for the biscuits waited finally got the order came home and guess what no dam biscuits. That’s the service you get at KFC on del prado blv in cape coral fl. I will never go back very rude customer service .

We ordered thru uber eats yesterday. We haven’t ate kfc in a year or so. Our food was nice and warm when we received it. But the chicken was soo dry and the Mac and cheese tasted so bad We paid quite a bit for this food just to be disappointed

I get food from there 2 weeks ago, i get the $30 fill up meal deal. Its supposed to come with 1/2 gallon drink of choice, 2 cookies, 2 mashed potatoes 2 gravy, slaw, 4 biscuits and chicken. Well, not even close to closing time and they ran out of biscuits so they offer more cookies, thats fine.. if you would have actually have given me my original cookies and the ones promised. The chicken’s breading was all off or barely on when i asked for crispy. The gravy was spilled all over the bowls and out of them!! I’ve had issues before, but not this extreme!!!

First time nobody picked up at the drive through. Although we saw employees in the back during operating hours. The second time, we’re told the chicken would need a few min and to pull to the front. They would bring it out. Waited long enough to go inside and inquire. Nobody was even there. A guy cleaning yelled into the back for the food I was waiting on only for the drive thru worker to ask me, “You didn’t get your food?”. He then starts putting the order together while some tall lanky guy walks from the back and says “whaaaa, wha happened?”The other guy tells him he was supposed to bring it out. I’m glad he didn’t touch my food because he came back wiping his nose, looking like he just woke up from a hangover. And in appreciation for that guy not making my order, I added a star.

20 minutes in drive thru only to be told that they don’t have any tenders cooked, could we pull around and wait 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Horrible customer service. I can get my food faster at a sit down restaurant.
