A great breakfast and lunch spot in beautiful Dayton Washington and I’ll bet the golf is pretty good too. I had the Brisket sandwich and others had Burgers and everyone was very happy with their meal. Friendly folks, easy access what more could you ask for.

We visited with some friends on Mothers Day, I understand it was a busy day. We put in our lunch order after an hour a a half and seeing others that ordered after us get their food we were told they misplaced our order another 45 minutes we got our order. We still tipped the waitress. We went again June 4th our friends ordered breakfast for us so we could get breakfast. We got there about 10:45, we told the waitress our friends pre-ordered for us, again after waiting an hour we were told the grill had been shut down and they had thrown away our order. It took another hour to warm up grill? And get our order. Why shut a grill down before the breakfast cut off time especially when you will be serving lunch starting at 22???! We still tipped the waitress. Not sure we could trust eating there again with the long waiting service time.

This place is great. Low key atmosphere. Friendly staff and AMAZING food. We stopped in for a bite while visiting family, and was blown away. Simply one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. And I love me a good burger. It’s a simple bacon burger bit it’s delicious. I may have spilled a drink but the staff was great and didn’t make me feel horrible for it.

This was such a lucky stop. Just finished camping in the Tucannon, and wanted to grab some food Sunday morning. Awesome service, killer food and honestly the best prices I’ve seen in a café. Beautiful view of the Golf course to add to the experience. Please give them your business.

I’ll preface this with saying I really wanted to like this place. The service was fairly pleasant and the establishment was somewhat quaint. The food… left much to be desired. I assumed there would be plenty of chicken meals on the menu based upon the name of the place. Nope. Two selections of wing choices, a turkey deli sandwich and a chicken salad was about it. The primary menu items were beef or bison burgers. I opted for the chicken salad. The chicken was actually a patty of processed chicken by product heated in a microwave and laid out on some really bad lettuce. The ranch dressing was soured. Most of my party had various burgers. All the burgers were heavy and dry. I think the meat was precooked and reheated, or so it seemed. I choked down what I could but paid the price 20 minutes later. After an explosive experience in a nearby restroom, I felt it was my civic duty to provide my feedback in public forum.

I can only share the atmosphere and customer service. We came from out of town and had hoped for breakfast. We showed up at 11:12am and they stop serving breakfest at 11am. Very diahearting because as someone in the resturant feild I know for sure they still have breakfest ingredients when we really just wanted biscuits and gravy.

Stopped here last minute after camping and the breakfast was 10/10. Hash browns were the best we have ever had anywhere. Will definitely be back!
