I was so extremely disappointed with this particular location. They do not offer a full menu. For goodness sake, they do not even serve fried chicken. What Bojangles doesn’t serve fried chicken? It even says it on the back of their shirts yet they do not sell it. What???? Anyways, on this visit, I went through the drive-through and got a 5 piece chicken tender. I had to practically beg for 2 ranches. I thought it would be standard to get more than 1 ranch with a 5 piece chicken tender. The girl at the window acted like I was asking for her kidney. I also had to ask for napkins and condiments for other items. These are things that should normally be included in your meal and should not have to be asked for. Napkins should be included. Ketchup should be included. It just gets irritating when they shut the window, and you have to keep sitting there waiting then practically beg for these items, which should have been included or at least they should have asked if you needed them. For this restaurant to have just opened it is a pure shame they aren’t doing any better. The management needs to step it up.

If you or your children think plain boiled white rice is exotic and love plain floured deep fried chicken strips, your Shangri-La has arrived! Seriously Bo spend a little cash on some spice and I don’t mean dump red pepper in it and call it done. Bland flavorless chicken? Hard pass.

Wish i had the experience of the reviews listed. Unfortunately my fustration started even before i got my food due to incompetent people taking my order. I didn’t even care about the wait (which was about 15-20 mins) but when the waiting was also caused due to the girl with the braids taking my order and the guy who was instigating the issue to their (intentional) mistake, it caused the line to stall even more and for me to wait even longer because the other lady couldn’t find my order (she happened to find it but under a COMPLETELY different name but it’s not her fault just the two other workers). Not worth the hassle. Gave them two stars because the food was fine but NOT worth dealing with workers who clearly struggle with taking your order- even after several attempts of trying to correct them.
