Google can Suck it
I would recommend subway with fake tuna before this place. Food was so bad last time I didn’t finish half of my order. This time the lane situation is extremely inconvenient enough that I drove away. You wonder why people not only don’t want to work for you but how you’re also losing fans of BK in general. Less food options double the price and half the size. Make your own food at home it’s more cheap and at the rate these people demand they don’t need to work but still be paid it would be much faster and better eating food from home. Eating out used to be special but y’all do it too much and turned a happy thing into something everyone hates. Way to go. Pay no attention to a single person who spends money at your store and the ONLY reason you have any store to begin with them tell the same person who funded you to get over it. Unbelievable. Over a poor meal bad horrible service and a bad drive through. I wouldn’t shed a single tear if they continued to removed these waste of space stores out of Holland. You don’t keep up on property so it makes everything else around look bad. All the money and not a single person shows any respect to the public you have no foundations you work with. you don’t commit to communities you place your toxic stores in. It’s time for a change and that starts with billion dollar scums like you cleaning up your act. Worthless having all our money and not even helping or doing anything. Good day

If i could give 0 stars for service, I would do so. Every single time I order something simple like a hamburger and fries, it comes out as a cheeseburger with onion rings. Today I ordered two hamburgers, one for now and one for tomorrow. I got two cheeseburgers. Needless to say, they always get their orders wrong (but the food is pretty good)

All I can say is that the service is good and the food is what you are looking for in a BK. MUCH better than the one further south, just off of exit 41 in Saugatuck Township. I don’t know what is going on there now but in the past, that place is strictly for locals only; the atmosphere and food is way sub-par. STAY on the highway and exit to THIS BK, for sure!!!

Why is every BK the absolute SLOWEST in town? Went to this location today at 2:45pm. There were five cars in front of me and the line didn’t move for TEN minutes. Didn’t move! I finally left. Who know how long it would’ve ended up taking. Last time I came to this location I went inside and ordered 2 whopper meals, and I am not exaggerating when I say it took 32 minutes, and they were not busy at time I was there. I much prefer BK to McD’s, but I think I am done with BK.

Although there was a slight waitat the drive-thru, the meal was still among the best in town. Great hash browns and pancakes for breakfast, as well as a great burger and regular beef with delicious grilled flavors on everything! Always enjoyed eating atBurger King Holland.

No one greeted me when I walked in, and I waited under the pick up sign in the restaurant, and no “hello”, no “how can I help you?” The atmosphere is a typical BK, the old school “BK Kids Club” group photo is super fun. My food was okay, nothing spectacular, but the fountains were out of syrup which limits the soda choices. Just really reinforced why I don’t tend to visit the Burger Kings here with any sort regularity.

Literally smells like something died in there. Its a horrible smell, now i can see why people dont go inside. They werent busy at all, the place was trashed. No clean tables, food all over the floor. And the play area looks like it really never has been clean. YO! GET SOMEONE OUT THERE TO INVESTIGATE THAT SMELL! VERY SERIOUS!
