Ordered through the drive through and the food was what I expected for a fast food restaurant, but the customer service at thus location has really gone downhill lately. Not a single smile or greeting from any employee, just asked what we wanted and then told us the price and to pull up. That was the last bit of courtesy extended, not a hello l, good afternoon, thank you, or any other possible greeting. Also didn’t even provide condiments. Sad to see such an established name take a dive like it has.

If the people are not rude, they leave you sitting in the Drive-Thru. Pulled up to the first window no one was there, I’ve been proceeded to the second window and the girl was just twiddling her thumbs. I’ve been here three times and I don’t think I’ll be back. I will drive over to 17 to receive better service.

Burger Kings seem to notoriously have bad service. This is the first time I’ve been to a Burger King in a few years and I have to say it will be the last again. After ordering my food, the lady at the window was very rude. She threw the bags of food in my hands as soon as she opened the window and closed it in my face immediately. I waved to get her attention. She reopened the window and said “Yeah?” As if I’m bothering her. I asked for some ketchup which she carelessly dropped in my hands and closed the window back immediately. After taking the food out of the bags, I discovered that several of the syrup containers had slits in the middle and the bag sticky and wet. Some of the food was ruined. I went back and replaced some items. Frustrated because I’m unsure if it was done purposefully, but I won’t be going back.

My daughter has Aspergers and has been in this Burger King twice in the past few months and because of her medical issues can forget something but then realize she needs to correct something. She’s usually super polite when asking for her order to be corrected and that she’s very apologetic about her mistake. Both times the manager has been extremely rude and down grading towards my daughter and I’m sorry but I refuse to spend my money at this location. I can’t believe that a manager would be so rude to anyone let a lone my daughter whose only trying to fix her mistake before the foods even been made.

Stay away from this Burger King! Zero accuracy when ordering. Double check your order cause they always scree it up if you change one thing. The staff is lazy and gives 0 about quality control and accuracy.

Where do i start!!! This location needs to be closed !! They never have anything … No Bbq Sauce No Coca Cola … No Ice Coffee Always The Same … And The employees Always have nasty attitudes when you ask them something. I really hate to write bad reviews, but this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Almost every time I get a custom order, they just ignore it and give me whatever the norm is. I specifically asked for no pickles or tomato, and PAID for cheese and bacon but it just came as a normal Whopper. Either they can’t read or simply choose not to. They really need to pay attention to what the actual order is.
