I was slightly concerned about the cleanliness of the place as I had a lot of time to stand at the counter and observe. My pizza bubbled up to the point where there weren’t any toppings on half of it and it was lacking enough sauce. The cheesy bread was flavorless with the cold marinara on the side. I was very disappointed to say the least.

I built my own pizza with gluten free crust. The pizza was great and the customer service was even better. Everyone was super helpful and friendly making sure that I got exactly the right pizza. Their protocol for changing gloves, washing hands, and using designated pizza pads was fantastic for making sure there was minimal, if any, cross contamination. I’ll be back!!

So disappointed in this trip to Blaze. Ordered online for pick-up. The timing was off so we had to wait, EXCEPT our bread was ready so that was sitting there getting nice and cold. My salad also was waiting…..no dressing or perhaps there was and it absorbed into the croutons…which would explain why they were squishy. No that’s not it, because the croutons did not taste good, just wet….so more than likely they absorbed the water from wet old lettuce. Pizza was overcooked, black on the edges. To be fair, the two expeditors did seem to be trying, just too much for them. Very nice people though, sadly I could only take the yucky food home and not the nice people. Edit to owner’s response….this is pretty darn detailed! No need to contact you.

I am beyond irritated that I placed an online order. The time it was supposed to be ready was 6:27pm. I just walked out at 6:53pm. Part of the issue was that clearly they were late in getting my order completed, the other part was they literally gave one of my pizza’s away right in front of me. I walked over and asked if they legit just gave my pizza to someone else and they responded yes as if there was absolutely nothing wrong with that. I then had to continue sitting there until they made another pizza for me. Horrible experience.

We were told 530 for pick up. We waited over another 30 min because the pizzas were not even made yet. We understand places get busy but that is a bit much. And no one said anything to us nothing. The pizza is always good. Service not so much.

STOP, DON’T DO IT. No stars but had to chose one. We ordered 5 pizzas online. Order was accepted but NEVER started. Went to pick up pizzas at designated time, still not started. No apology, no sorry, no attempt fix THEIR error, order still not started. If you want to eat pizza for your dinner tonight, don’t go here, you’ll get your pizza tomorrow or the next day. Second time this has happened but wanted to give them benefit of the doubt.

This a good but not great Blaze location. It is a little smaller than some locations so line can be a bit long and service a bit slower. However the food is good and staff are very friendly. Can’t go wrong for a quick pizza here.
