This is not the Chipotle we’ve known for years. After several trials with the same result, it’s time to say something. The portions have not only been reduced, I’d call them paltry at best. I had to search through my bowl for the less than 1/3 C of meat. I paid 2.75 extra for guacamole and got maybe two tablespoons. The food is not bad, just no longer worth the higher price.

Second time in my life to have Chipotle. Ordered online and went to pick up. Still have to wait like 20 mins. That’s a given since the store is new and still unorganized but oh man!!! The Double protein bowl was so spicy ️ and I love spicy food but this is too much. My husband said he was looking at the guy who was preparing the food and he just keep going with seasoning basically dumping the seasoning to the meat. This probably would be my last to eat Chipotle.

ordered lunch for 15+ nurses and techs here at the hospital on door dash, $250 worth of food, it wasn’t until 3 hours later when our order was dew to be delivered that I was notified chipotle canceled our order. ” will not fulfill”. upon calling this location and asking what the problem is and why our order was canceled the young man on the phone simply says “yeah I don’t know, we are here but I don’t know if we are going to open, try later” no, “im sorry for the inconvenience no we will send you order to another location for fulfillment” just complete incompetence and total indifference to the fact that they just ruined lunch for almost 20 people. Whats funny is when I explained this to the staff who where expecting the order, not one, not two, but three people said “must have been the West Salem one” so I’m guessing a poor review isn’t coming as a shock. thats ok I will simply add them to the Dept. “do not order from” list.

For the love of everything someone get this place a good manager! Place is never stocked. The employees couldn’t give a d*mn. I went in and they were out of everything but they’re the closest one to me! Employee clicked on the register and went to go talk to person in kitchen when I was wanting to pay. I scanned my rewards and I thought they went through! Nope! Didn’t get my free guacamole or my points! Maybe if they stopped talking for five seconds and made food and stood at the register they wouldn’t have such bad reviews!

Ordered online and waited 20 minutes in store for food to be ready. Other customers coming in were served first even though I was waiting and had spoken to them. As I was leaving cook shouted at me that the Al pastor chicken was out but seeing as someone ordered that through the line and they went to get some from the back, that was bs. Truly trash customer service. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, just the food I ordered and some communication about the delay.

DON’T GO HERE, TAKE THE EXTRA TIME AND GO TO THE ONE ON COMMERCIAL! Went to pick up my order apparently they were out of chips AND lettuce and the girl at the window didn’t say ANYTHING ABOUT IT!
