I always have a different interaction with this place. The service is always good and the food is good most of the time. It’s not too busy whenever we go which is usually at night. But one particular time we decided to head inside and eat and an employee was being very rude and impatient with us as we were trying to explore the menu more. He kept giving us looks and sighed when we asked questions about the food. I understand that fast food workers don’t have to be polite in any way but he was beyond rude to be working here.

It was a medium busy evening there but the service was still fast and they brought the food to our table. Not the norm at Zaxby’s. The food is always great and pretty consistent. I tried the new bacon & swiss chicken sandwich with maple dijon sauce and it was terrific. The seating area was clean and ready for customers.

Ordered a nibbler meal and got this. 2 of them were this amount of chicken and the third had about twice this amount. Spoke to a manager after I had already gotten home and settled, offered to make a second meal for me but I wasn’t about to get out again. Granted, she was very nice, and I’m sure she would have given me the meal, however this should never have happened in the first place. As someone who’s worked in kitchens, I would NEVER serve something this under portioned to a customer. Like just tell me you don’t have the chicken and it will be a minute. I understand drive thru times are important, but this is unacceptable. The bits were extremely tough as well. Basically I had bread with sauce. I’ll still be back, hopefully not with this experience again.

I love zaxbys. The cost is high but the food great. I was very disgusted to see a dude wearing lipstick and some blingy womens jewelry and he is a he. I’m so tired of the assualt on men and women created in the image of God. That’s not good enough and we are so tolerant and keep confusing the next generation. It made me not want to eat my food as the persons hygiene was in question also. Yet no one cares.
