I usually do not comment but I am completely embarrassed for this owner so I will do them a courtesy there is a manager (because i didnt het her name) Hispanic woman here who made me feel very uncomfortable and assumed that I was trying to get a free refill of a 2 dollar drink, I’d spilt my drink outside and was coming to refill. She says to me if you walk out and come in you will be charged again. She was not understanding and did not ask any questions to ask me has anything happen…I don’t like to label people as I don’t know this woman personally but I felt very discriminated against…she seems to feel confident in her behavior because apparently the owner does not check these reviews. However I am quite persistent so I will be posting this same message everyday until I here back from the owner about this rude woman. If she’s here please prepare yourself, she prides herself in her “colorful” behavior.

What the hell has happened to this chain? A double double copy cat is $3 more than an actual in n out double double. The quality to price point is way way off. I feel like southern california gets screwed in particular. Other states the prices are nearly half as much. 20% cost increase is an overhead issue, this is a price gauging issue.

Even though there was only one person working inside, it was clean and went fairly fast. Inside was clean, but the soda machines in the dining area weren’t working you had to take it back to the front to get a refill.

Yesterday, I had to stop here cause my wife was craving Western BBQ Sandwich with Onion Rings. The manager was very nice and friendly. I asked her to charge me for extra bbq sauce but, she gave me 3 extra. Thank You~
