Just moved to Coconut Creek and I’ve got to say I miss the Coral Spring’s location. Definitely not the same quality at all. Ordered for delivery which arrived quickly but doesn’t make up for the lack of effort in preparing the food. Pizza came thin crust even though that’s not what I ordered… I guess that’s just how they want to make it at this location. They could not even seem to cut the pizza into slices. We ordered cinnamon knots which had no cinnamon on them. As you can see from the photos they were bare dough knots. This was a call in order and I asked for two icings not only did I receive only one but the printed box only had one as well which means the person on the phone couldn’t even enter it in the system correctly. All of these things put together just shows the lack of food preparation as well as the work ethics of the employees. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The problem here is very clear. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Rude and unprepared staff. The airpod seems to be more important than work. It is for these reasons that the business does not prosper. Also the restaurant is very hidden in the Plaza. at night it is not a very safe place!

Went in to pick up my order. Employee with the Dreads. Didn’t acknowledge me once , as I waited 9 minutes to be exact. Looks as if he’s angry at the world. So I left. He never even said hello. Was such a terrible feeling. Left all 5 pizzas that I ordered behind. He didn’t even care that I walked out. If you hate your job that much than maybe quit?
