Was there Sunday morning at 10am, drive thru line was 10 cars deep so I parked and walked in. Of the 4 employees working all 4 of them were apparently working on the drive thru line. Waited at the register up front employees walking past looking at me but not taking my order. After 10 minutes of not having someone take my order I just turned around and left. I guess they would rather I just go home and make my own coffee.

We have placed multiple orders from this location and can never get the right order. No one ever asks about substitutions as they are supposed to. The General Manager that will not give out his name hung up on me 3 times which only made this situation worse. Swore at me over the phone also. This establishment should be shut down until they can hire employees that will help their customers with the issues at hand. Very unprofessional. I will not shop here ever again.

Dunkin’ is Dunkin’. This specific location is reliable in my experience, but I typically stick to drinks. Besides the occasional shortage of Nitro cold brew, I have not had any real issues. They always have pleasant if not exceptionally friendly staff. Their service is also quick.

This used to be a fantastic place to get your coffee in the mornings and your extra breakfast. But about 2 months ago the service changed dramatically the people are rude they can’t get the orders correct and normally I don’t do reviews unless they’re positive or really really bad. After many mistakes and questioning them I have paid for several mistakes because the people working there refuse to correct their own mistakes. But this morning was the Icebreaker I have been ordering through the app just so that they don’t make mistakes well I was wrong I have been ordering an English muffin first I ordered it dark toasted cuz I like it crunchy and it was literally black charred then I started ordering lightly toasted and then it came out not toasted at all so when I went back around to ask them to please toast the muffin and if they could add butter they were so rude to me the lady literally said that this is exactly what I ordered and refused to toast the muffin I just couldn’t believe it and she was yelling and screaming at me in the Drive-Thru and I said really this is the kind of service you’re putting out are you kidding me and still I did not get my muffin toasted she gave it back to me and told me that I was her problem and so I refuse to eat it I don’t know if she took it in there and did something to it but I’m not going to eat it would never eat there again I’m done 2 months of being rudely treated don’t go there nightmare place I don’t even know the manager’s name and she told me I was her problem. WOW she really shouldn’t be working with the public.

Can’t do mobile order because they have it turned off. Can’t call in an order unless it’s for tomorrow. What kinda of service is that???? Guess I will not frequent this DD. They obviously don’t want the business. Then go thru drive thru and was told they don’t have containers of cream cheese for the bagels. Very disappointed in this store and the performance of employees.

Definitely a favorite. Great friendly staff, LIGHTENING FAST service. Never mess up an order. There’s only ever 1 to 3 people in line ahead of you, if that. I always go to Dunkin. Need my coffee & it’s always delicious. I can’t go anywhere else for coffee, hot or cold.
