They just don’t get it right. Most of the time the fountain drink is undrinkable. This time we ordered bowls, and they had us waiting on chicken for 20 minutes. Then they chopped up one tender to put in both of our famous bowls. Done with this place.

This place has the rudest customer service I’ve ever seen in my life!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve tried this place 3 times & give chance after chance. My first time the lady over the intercom got aggressive with me. The second time my tacos was thrown in the bag with lettuce meat and tomato everywhere with bald up napkins thrown on top of them!!! This time the drive through lady was being rude and aggresive!! I tried to ask a question about my food and she shut the window in my face! Will not be back and would highly not recommend to anyone

I came down here from the coast they have nasty attitudes I ordered a 3 piece with all legs with mashed potatoes, they gave me three small wings and one small leg , even thouthey had messed my order up I was still gone go and keep it until I noticed they only gave me gravy with no mashed Potatoes. I pulled back up after I ate one leg truth enough they passed my food through the window 3 times with everybody looking at and had the nerve to believe I was gone accept it . Anybody with common sense know that’s CROSS CONTAMINATION! The girl in the back hollering at ate half of her food I ate one leg I’ll never recommend kfc in this country town , but they did refund me my money back cause they didn’t have nothing I wanted who tf eats just gravy with no mashed potatoes? They messed up my food and had horrible attitudes I didn’t ask y’all to apply for kfc

I ordered a 12 piece dinner crispy,it was nasty and soggy,the Mac and cheese was nasty,the French fries was cooked hard nearly burnt.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat there.Thus used to be a good place to eat but now they don’t care,the food is nasty and awful there.

Went to this establishment on May 4th. Staff was not friendly at all. All chicken was greasy and not cooked. Chicken tenders did not have any flavor. We spent all together about 60.00. Could not give back because of Covic 19 gave more after complaint without a smile from staff. This also was horrible. Will call 800 number to complaint to upper authority.
